"This place was probably the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Planty of bedrooms very nicely laid out. Plenty of bathrooms. No waiting in line. Large very well appointed kitchen with all your needs covered. It very well loceted to town and the beach. It has gorgeous deck overlooking the beach. The owners very friendly and great to work with. I just can't say enough great things about this place. Its a must stay."

"The layout of the house & yard is great for a group, family with young children. View and access to the beach are perfect! The house was very clean, well maintained and easy to communicate with the property manager."

"Very comfortable stay. The high dunes and sea grass obstruct any view of the ocean. Beach access is over the dunes with several access points along the street besides access from the property. A herb of elk visited the property!"

"The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. "Excellent Cottage! It is literally right across the street from the beach access trail. it leads down a slightly steep hill to the private beach! Has all the amenities, just not Keurig. 5 min drive or 20 min walk to downtown. We had a great time! "

"The house is large - room for everyone. We liked the layout- two dining areas & three sitting areas. 4 full bathrooms. One thing to know- all the bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor. We liked being close to the beach & being on the northern most point of the boardwalk. The house was very clean & modernized."

"2nd time staring at this place. First time I stayed was back in October and I shared that the place wasn’t as clean. They listened and the place was clean. Minutes from the beach and downtown for the price makes it well worth the stay. Will book again! "

"The best vacation ever!! Very close to the beach- We walked on the beach almost everyday. Breathtaking views from all the windows, especially the main window. Town was a short walk away. Beach towels and all you could need to cook were provided. You can't tell from the pictures but there is a TV there probably 42 inches.The rocking chair was my favorite to sit in, very comfortable. Only pro was the sofa bed was broken, however there was sleeping pads under the twin beds and that worked just fine...

"Quiet area, fire pit was nice, with free parking. Clean linens, futon pulls out into bed. Half the price of neighboring rooms. Right off 101, block away from the beach. Love the area, thank you for the stay!"

"We all loved this house! It was a fabulous option for a large group and if we ever decide to all go on a trip again, this property is at the top of our list! Walkable to town with amazing views. One item we wanted to mention was that beach access was not quite as easy as the pictures made it look for people with some mobility issues. But otherwise access was completely fine for the rest of the group. Thank you for providing a space for us to make wonderful memories! "
