Located in central Manzanita, this house is approximately a four-block walk from the beach and just one street over from Laneda Avenue's stretch of shops and restaurants - it doesn't get much more convenient than that!

Whip up delicious breakfasts in the fully equipped kitchen and gather around the table to enjoy it and figure out plans for the day. You might buy some fresh fish to grill on the patio or simply come home to rest after a long day on the beach. Free WiFi and a couple of TVs mean you don't all have to decide on one movie, and the gas fireplace is perfect for a stormy night. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic Stay in Manzanita

The house was just as advertised. It was very comfortable, nearby to the beach and a block from downtown Manzanita. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay on the Oregon coast.

Great stay in Manzanita

Clean, dog and kid friendly house, stocked with all we needed. Perfect location; very short walk to main street with shops/restaraunts and short stroll to beach. The only thing that would make it perfect is if yard was fenced on back side for dog, but not a big deal since our dog was wiped out after our beach outings!

Good location, no frills

Close to the main street and 4 blocks from the beach, so that was very convenient. Easy check in process. There were a few minor housekeeping issues, such as dusty vents and no soap in one of the bathrooms. The lower level of the bunkbed has a horrible mattress that needs to be replaced. Also, we couldn't find any cleaning products to clean the kitchen counters with, overall pretty sparse "extras".

Great Option for Rental in Manzanita, Oregon

My stay was extremely comfortable. The home is very much updated, excellent climate control, ideal location to Main Street (1 block) and to the beach (4 blocks). excellent communication, kitchen is well out-fitted, and spacious living spaces.

Loved this place

The property was perfect size for us, very cozy (loved the fireplace). Kitchen had most everything we needed and all in working order. Would only suggest additional reading lamps in living area. Thank you! Would definitely rent this house again.

Nice house for couples or a family

Love this house. Close to everything. Clean house and perfect for 2 or 3 couples or families with kids. 2 bikes to ride around town on. Nice side yard with picnic table, lounge chairs & BBQ. Lots of towels, extra linens & pillows.

VERY ENJOYABLE STAY

We immediately noticed the living room is different from the published pictures. They show 2 couches plus 2 easy chairs. We found one old couch that was so low and uncomfortable (10" from floor) so it was unusable by seniors (who could get up out of it) and no other seating was provided. A chequers set box covered the desk so that was unusable also. Cooke a meal in an insty pot but found there are NO serving spoons. Narrow patio side yard is not fenced (no gates) so is open to the road.

Nice Spot in Manzanita

Nice, well-equipped and clean unit. All furniture was in good shape except for one couch has seen better days. Quiet and close to shopping at the beach. Good value and would return.

Great hangout

This property is great for a group with kids, they have a closet in the kids room with lits of toys and a couple of bedrooms for adults/teens. It was clean and has some beach gear and washer/dryer in the garage.

No window covering on master bath and couch stains

This was a great location and overall clean. One of the couches has huge stains that look like pee. Definitely needs to be replaced. Fireplace doesn’t work and there is no window covering in the master bathroom with a large window next to the toilet that looks out to the street. Beds were old and not very comfy. Okay place but needs some updates.
