After spending countless years vacationing all over the Oregon Coast, we fell in love with the city of Manzanita. Our family has been staying in Manzanita for years now, yet we never found the home that was perfect for us. Well, we decided to build it. This house was designed for 16 guests and fits the desires we could think one would wish for in an Oregon Coast vacation home. This home is newly constructed and completed in 2016.

6 Bedrooms - Sleeps 16
5 Bedrooms with King Beds. 3 of these Masters have private On-Suite bathrooms
1 Bunk room with Twin beds for 6
2 Queen sleeper sofas available in the Recreation room
All 6 bedrooms have ocean views, 2 of which are oceanfront with private balconies

Recreation Room - Lets face it, the Oregon Coast gets a lot of rain. For those rainy days, we have a fabulous game room. Equipped with Foosball, Shuffleboard, Basketball Pop-a-shot, and a 4-player Arcade with 30+ games.

Media Room - For those evenings where you want to stay in, enjoy our Big Screen TV and 8 High End leather reclining chairs with your friends and family. With our Bose Surround sound system, you will enjoy your Blu-Ray movies.

Great Room - Enjoy watching the ocean waves breaking from the great room or sit in front of the fireplace in our custom leather seating.

Dining Room - Our custom 10 foot live-edge dining table provides seating for 12. Additional seating for 6 is available at the kitchen island and another 6 at the Great Room glass dining table.

Kitchen - We equipped this home for 16. The Kitchen and Pantry areas provide ample storage for food with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. We have cooked our own Thanksgiving dinner here and the two ovens and 6-burner stove come in very handy! Kitchen appliances include, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, rice-cooker, Ninja Blender, crockpot, fondue set, griddle, and more...

 We are located at the dead end of a quiet street. The majority of beach front houses are along a busy road. No cars driving by and significant privacy.

 We have an extensive Game Room and Media room: Foosball, Shuffleboard, 4-Player Arcade, Pop-a-shot as well as 8 Leather theater seats in the surround sound Media Room with a 75" TV
 240V outlet available in the garage for your electric vehicle

Weekly 7 or 14 day Saturday-to-Saturday bookings required during the summer.

When booking, please be sure to read our full house rules and include a message to us about your group. This is our family vacation home and we want to make sure this vacation home is a good fit for your group.

Full house rules are viewable during the booking process, but a couple things to note:
16 person limit applies at all times, not just overnight
6 car limit
No smoking of anything
No pets
No weddings/bachelor parties/or similar events

This was the second year my book club gathered at this gorgeous house, and it won’t be the last. The house and setting are spectacular, and all you need to bring is clothes and food. We are a group of pretty serious cooks, and every pot, pan, platter, glass, and dish we needed was there. Initially we thought two dishwashers were unnecessary. Wrong - it made everything better. The game room is great,'and we binge watched movies every night in the theatre. I cannot say enough good things about the host, who was immediately responsive to every question and request. We will definitely return!

This home is truly exceptional. From the comfortable beds, to the super fun game room, to the posh theater room our group couldn’t have asked for more. Host was super responsive and helpful. House was clean and well stocked. It is very close to the house next door, which is owned by the same people, also a vacation rental, but we didn’t feel it imposed on our ability to enjoy ourselves. Would definitely stay here again! House is huge. Bring your friends!

Absolutely perfect place for a “girls” (who may be more accurately identified as mature women) beach weekend. It was important for our group of 11 women to each have our own bed (vs sharing) and this house was the perfect fit! We all had our own bed and five of us got our own bedroom (the other beds were in the bunk room and game room pull out couches). We LOVED the gathering room with an amazing ocean view and a gorgeous fireplace. Absolutely picturesque. The kitchen is HUGE with two fridges and so well appointed. We had everything we needed. The bedroons were very spacious and had very comfortable bedding. We loved the theater room and did a Power Point Presentation Party in it. It was perfect! We all walked on the beach which is directly in front of the house and an easy walk into the little town of Manzanita. Some hiked nearby. Some of us sat in the hot tub with the most amazing view imaginable. The host was gracious and accommodating- even a special request. I’ve already had others who have seen photos of our trip ask for the information to rent it themselves. This truly is the PERFECT place to stay with a group. Incredible bang for the buck.

So many large bedrooms with king beds, plenty of bathrooms, and room for everyone around the dining room table! Well stocked kitchen, lots of plates for a large family. We loved the card table in the living area. And such beautiful views on a beautiful beach!

The host was wonderful. Super helpful with all questions. We had a group of 5 couples and all fit more than comfortably. The mattresses were a bit firm for most of us but overall, nothing to complain about. Perfect location, about a 30 minute leisurely walk on the beach to the main road in town.

Epic beach house. We've been renting large houses on the Oregon Coast for over a decade and this is the best I've seen. Beautiful view, comfy bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, rad outdoor pit / sliding wall, hot tub, game room, theater room... it checks all the boxes and then some!Other details we loved include a hot water hose spigot for washing up sand, fantastic organization (everything was neatly labeled and easy to access), and tons of baby gates available in the garage.

The house and location was perfect for our 10-person group. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Used the kitchen extensively, as well as the patio fire pit and hot tub. Did not spend much, if any, time in the game room or home theater. A couple guys tried unsuccessfully to get the video system playing but we really didn't miss it. The beach was easily accessible and clean - very walkable.

Great kitchen for large groups with even more appliances and supplies then we would ever need. The two dishwashers and two washer /dryers were great! Location was amazing…ocean views and quiet beaches. Bedrooms were spacious and plenty of bathrooms and privacy for our party of 12. We had a great family vacation.

Beautiful house in great location!!!

Our extended family came to Manzanita to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday. This was a great house for large group. Kitchen is very well stocked. Dining table has lots of space for meals, games, etc. Everyone enjoyed the game room and easy access to the beach. Fantastic location in one of our favorite beach towns!

4 Generations Family Gathering

We had a glorious 4 days at the beach and the house made it even better. We are a group of 11 adults and 4 littles under 4. There was plenty of room to spread out in comfortable bedrooms, the game room and movie theater were huge hits for all ages and the large kitchen made meal prep a dream. The home is super kid friendly and yet elegant enough for the 85 year olds to feel comfortable too.

Best Ever!

This property is by far the best we have ever stayed! It was so clean and so well furnished with everything we would ever want or need, especially the kitchen! Two fridges, two dishwashers were so appreciated by our 16 person family. A couple of welcome gifts as well as wood provided for the fire pit was such a special touch. The game room and hot tub were perfect for our 8 grandkids. We had a wonderful time!

Nice Home on the Very Accessible Sandy Beach

Travelled in February 2025 expecting inclimate weather. Great game room BUT large arcade machine with lots of games did not work. Dining room table has a very large bench for seating on one side of table. Bench way too large to sit comfortably (guessing about 18 inches wide). Sofa and chair in living room very deep and short backed, very uncomfortable seating. Beach access excellent but beach is boring for beachcombers, even in the winter. Great driftwood!Beds very comfortable. Without doubt the best equipped house we've ever rented (this is our 8th rental along the Oregon coast). Lots of board games, jigsaw puzzles, every imaginable appliance (one of the two dishwashers was iffy for proper cleaning), Keurig, etc.Very well insulated home. Gas fireplace was very nice. Built-in firepit on the patio area was used a lot! Individual room heating was outstanding!Probably will consider renting the house for a summer/fall stay. Highly recommend for a couple or family gathering. We had two retired couples and one family with two teens. Perfect numbers of bedrooms, baths, etc. Perhaps a tad pricy but probably worth the money.

Great house for a group

Our group of women fit perfectly in this house. The beds are super comfortable which meant a lot to us. This house has 2 dishwashers which is also a big plus for a group. Game room and theatre added an extra bonus. Being so close to the beach was fantastic.

Thanksgiving Gathering

family get together

my siblings and I wanted a place we could all stay and that would allow our children and their spouses to join us for meals. This was the perfect place! We all were able to sit at the table for meals. We loved it and will definitely make plans to return.
