This gorgeous townhome boasts ocean views, quality furnishings, and is only half a block from the beach.

Unwind in the living room where you can stretch out on the sofa and watch TV, or gather together at night for a group movie. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances will be calling your name come mealtime. Dine at the breakfast bar or at the table fit for five.

At night, rest up in the three uniquely outfitted bedrooms. Two rooms feature private balcony access while the primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place. Really enjoyed our time here. Good cookware. Great for two small families. Very convenient to the beach. Plenty of soaps, toilet paper, etc. Would definitely recommend.

replace master bed suggestion

noticed the masterbed is beyond it's life cycle. left side is concave even after pumping the 'comfort' module to the firmest level ( it's like a sleep number bed I guess). Slept in the bunk bed instead. all else was fine. would return only after knowing the masterbed has been replaced.

Nice house just a hill away from the ocean

Not clear in the ad that the ocean wasn’t visible from most of the property, that the p property was so far south (we know the town well), that the property was squished in with many townhouses, etc. However, we always live the town AB’s the house itself was very nice and well maintained.

Best Yet

Our extended family has stayed in various properties in Manzanita each summer for a number of years now and we felt this was the best one so far. We would definitely consider renting it again next summer. We did have an issue with the door lock but it was quickly addressed. It would also be helpful to have some utensils specifically for the grill.

Wonderful townhouse in

This townhouse was amazing. The location is super close to the beach and you have a view from the top primary bedroom. The beds were really comfortable which makes or breaks a stay for me. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Thank you!!!

Disappointing

This property is managed by VACASA. The company had re dived notification from recent that the propane supply (necessary for cooking on the stove top, on the outside grill, and in the oven; and for the fireplace) was exhausted. Instead of finding us alternative lodgings, they rented the place to us without addressing that issue. We discovered the issue after purchasing groceries to cook meals for our visit. 24 hours after we checked in for our 2-night stay, a worker delivered a single burner electric hot plate and a second electric toaster oven. When we tried cooking bkfst on our last morning with these devices, a fuse blew and the refrigerator went out. VACASA dis credit me w/a refund; however, the call center staff was not permitted to give me contact info for anyone in management w/whom I could discuss my concerns. The experience was disappointing, especially because the property itself was otherwise well appointed, well furnished and mostly clean and in decent repair.

Amazing home and location, property management company failed to impress

Beautiful home, and perfect location with proximity to beach and walking/bike path into town. House and property were very clean. However, when I contacted Vacasa about a parking challenge I spoke with numerous representatives and the most local person was on the other side of the state. While they were very kind, they were unable to help with the situation or get me anybody local to speak with. Additionally, the propane tank was completely empty so we were unable to use the stove or oven to cook - big disappointment for my family!

Excellent modern town house close to ocean

Place was excellent. Very comfy and well stocked.with modern appliances and gas fireplace and balconies. 5 minute walk to ocean. Be aware that there are 3 floors inside but easy carpeted stairway. For those who care about views no ocean view due to tree cover even though right near ocean but 5 minute stroll and you are at the ocean

One of the nicest places I have stayed!

The only downside was the stairs - I don't remember reading that it had three levels. I loved it but it was hard on my 91 year old Mom. The place was a joy overall!

The house is lovely and has a great location

We loved being minutes from the beach. Great beds. Can hear and see the ocean. The house is 3 floors and the parking is awkward to be nice. There is only 1 space under carport and our large truck didn’t fit - so we all needed to drive in and unload and switch to the other parking etc. that makes the arrival and departure a project. Also the mgmt company isn’t my favorite. The kitchen had NO SUPPLIES. I mean - no salt, oil, pepper NOTHING. No storage containers, no plastic, no foil. Hardly any soap. Dirty dishes. The management company wanted to tell me repeatedly that it was “high contact surfaces/covid”… but every other rental we have used in manzanita (during covid) always had a couple basics. Also the kitchen sank RAN unless put into the exact position that it took me about a half hour to figure out. The dishwasher rack was broken, too. Mgmt also needed to to telll me that i would have gotten a better price also if i had booked direct. So while the house is great - the management could use a lesson in proactive customer service.

A comfortable townhome/condo

A newer townhome/condo with comfortable furniture in the living room. Great couch for lounging when the weather is rainy. The kitchen was very well stocked with small appliances, dishes, utensils. More than what we usually see. Very nice washer and dryer. Just a few minor complaints that are easily fixed: the mattress in the downstairs adult room was as hard as a rock and needs replaced, the master bedroom mattress ( a sleep number) had a feather/down add-on topper that was funky smelling and stained ( it needs replaced), the door into the master bath is squeaky and annoying (especially at night), the sink in the main level bathroom is slow to drain, the carpet in the home needs a good cleaning or better vacuuming due to dog hair and smell. We loved the covered parking and close access to the beach. Despite all of the issues, we would stay here again. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Family getaway

4 adults, 1infant and a dog! We all had a great time here. Be aware the bookcase in the kids room (bunk beds) is NOT anchored to the wall, and you’ll need to bring your own condiments/essentials if you plan to use the kitchen. This was a fun stay and a beautiful spot!
