So impressed. Loved the house, beautifully presented and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Soooo good to have sheets and towels provided!! We (8 of us over 60) are all looking forward to staying there again next year to continue exploring the fire trails and cycle tracks around Manyana.

Even better than the pictures

My husband and I recently had our family over and we stayed at Ritchy. What an awesome place. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to cater for a large group or people. The lovely deck gets beautiful morning and afternoon sun and the whole place is just so well laid out and perfect for accommodating a large group. The beach is a short walk away and afew surf spots can be checked by walking a few hundred meters. We really could not fault it. Thank you so much for having us. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful weekend stay at Ritchy. House more than met expectations. Lots of lovely extras that make your stay so enjoyable. Communication with owners was excellent. A modern well maintained home with plenty of space to accommodate a group of friends or family.

A dream!

This is our second time at Ritchy's and we hope to be back again! It's such an easy house for 2 families and has everything you need. So close to the beach and lagoon. The deck is gorgeous and the living room is large but cosy. We love it at Ritchy's!

Ritchy - a class above

modern, updated and open plan, a relaxing and quality residence in a lovely setting. A few minutes to the beaches and a quiet location. Bring your supplies or a short drive (20 minutes) to all facilities. We loved our time there and will base ourselves there again in the future to further explore the south coast.

Easter Break

We loved our stay at Ritchy & would recommend it very highly. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. We found everything we need in its place. It was like being at home. Very spacious and comfortable. So close to the beach where my children went surfing. My grandchildren enjoyed the games. They played cricket at the front yard, we went riding bicycles we found in the garage and we played so many board games at the evenings. Thank you for everything.

We absolutely adored our stay in Ritchy, thank you Lynda and Greg for being wonderful hosts. We loved the open plan, large kitchen, big bedroms and indoor laundry that made our stay with young kids easy and safe. We loved it so much that we have booked again and can't wait for our return. Brilliant home away from home with all you need!

What a delightful property that had everything we needed - including baking trays/serving platters as we cooked here a lot. Thank you for letting us know there were no supermarkets so we brought all our food. Your property enabled us (2 families) to hang out together and there was enough (bikes, cricket, scooter)to keep us all entertained ie 1 4yr old, tweens, teens and adults! The place was so clean and each room had fans, bedside lamps that worked and super comfy beds. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating and as there wasn’t another booking allowed us a later check out time to enjoy the property even more. Thank you. We will be back! Xx

Fantastic!

The house was beautiful and spacious, well cleaned and had all the amenities you could need while away. The location was perfect with it being only a few minute walk from the beach. The shed had plenty of bikes and scooters that kept everyone entertained. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We had left behind a precious item and feared it was lost but the hosts were more than willing to assist in ensuring that it was found and returned quickly. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back again in summer!

Great peaceful family holiday house

I sincerely wish to thank the host. They have consider need of every family and provided everything that you would want in your house. Attention to minor details including the items provided for living room, kitchen and bedrooms. We absolutely love every bit of Ritchy Manyana . We were blown away of how much space and stylish the beach holiday house. We Love the coziness , and the open living style . Love how modern and luxurious the property is. Everything is well thought for guests comfort - lots of game boards , card and the garage was full of bikes and surf boards . We loved it and we are already planning a second trip at this place. Highly recommended.
