We loved the location. House is big
Same as in picture but bigger. Lovely house. Ant problem on table, dead ants in cupboard it was clear no one wiped it before us. House was clean. Way nicer in person. Each room lots of space. Adult room leads onto veranda which was nice.
Bedrooms are up stairs, adult room faces the dinning with large windows with no curtains or blinds same in kitchen and 1 in lounge. My wife didnt sleep the first 3 nights because we could see into the neighbours house everytime she left the room to check on kids at night it scared her and the kids. House fits everyone plus pull out couch. BUT pool table stick was broken and a pocket that catches the ball we didnt report it because the realestate didnt take us seriously and were worried they would blame us after our other complaints. So we never played pool in the 7 days. They didnt believe us about the ants even when they came because we wiped the table and they only saw a few on table.
Locations is brilliant and walked to the beach a few times. You cant see the ocean unless you squint real hard or sunrise properly because neighbour's lovely trees block it. So good stuff and not great stuff. It is an excellent house and my kids loved it. Lovely white brick out front. Neat yard. We suspect a hidden switch under carport for air con out side for.anyone who stays we sweltered for a few days. Realestate didnt believe there was an issue which put us off. All in all a great big house and if it wasnt for the curtains we would stay again.
