Views to the renowned back beach. There are only a handful of homes capturing this northern aspect of Inyadda beach. Keys to sliding door on keyhook inside front door .

This amazing aspect is coupled with luxury fittings at this renovated property.

Fairwinds is styled to provide relaxed, light and airy coastal comfort.

Choose your favourite daybed to take in the summer breeze and wait for the tide before your next surf.

If you choose to cook the kitchen is fitted with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Cook up a storm on the island bench without missing out on watching the breaking waves!

You can even take in the views from the bath tub in the master bedroom en suite.

Sleeps 6 over 3 bedrooms. All bed linen provided along with one towel per person, bath mats and hand towels, and tea towels.

Two bathrooms both with bath and shower.

Open plan living with kitchen, dining and lounge with large screen TV.

Separate media room with TV, daybed and bean bags to keep the kids entertained after long beach days.

Wood fireplace and gas heating.

Blackbutt timber flooring throughout.

Ceiling fans.

Please Note; The woodfire pizza oven is not for guests use but please enjoy the BBQ for easy holiday dinners.

Bendalong General Store and Cafe and Cunjurong Point Store only short 20 min walk or 2 minute drive from this property.

Tennis courts, skate park, basketball court and soccer field located in Manyana also but you do need to bring your own equipment.

Strictly no smoking inside or pets at this property.

Beautiful break in Manyana

Our family of 4 enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful home. Manyana is a special place and our experience was enhanced by our joy in staying in this special home. The views are stunning and the home is a pleasure to stay in. The home is spacious and the living space, spilling onto the deck, is exceptional.

A Star on a Limitless Horizon

Clean and modern, Top Shelf Luxuriously beachy minimalism at its finest. A spectacular place that is well appointed… accept for the towels and bed linen I think the cost of bed linen and towels/hand towels and bath mats needs to be included in this echelon of Price range. We had a shoes-off policy in the house. I would definitely book another stay at Fairwinds.

Great place for a sea side retreat

The house was beautiful and extremely relaxing with uninterrupted views out to sea. Drifting of to sleep to he sounds of the ocean and a very short walk to a mostly deserted beach

Fabulous

We have just spent a beautifully relaxing weekend catching up, with amazing food cooked by each other, walking, surfing swimming, facials and relaxation. The accommodation is beautiful, views to die for and we even had a whale to watch on our last day. Thank you, I think we’ll definitely be back.

A lovely home but not really guest friendly

The home has a lovely view and layout. However, it was very untidy. We couldn’t even walk 2 metres without having black feet from the dirty floors. The kitchen wasn’t cleaned properly and was infested with ants. No linen was provided so we hired some as per the agent’s recommendations and for $170 we were given sheets that were stained, 1 pillowcase each and 1 towel each as well as some mats and a few hand towels. The house has no air conditioning or blinds in the lounge/dining area and in the morning it is unbearably hot. Unfortunately we would not stay here again. All these things did somewhat ruin our stay.

Amazing location , view doesn’t get any better then this

Loved it , nice house , spacious , comfortable, million dollars view , nice quiet street . Only down part the cleanliness not that impressive especially the oven .

Highly recommend. Well renovated house, spacious & comfortable for all the family with absolutely cracking views north & east over the beach. BBQ, board games, sea breezes. All set in a great and peaceful area, very quiet.

Fantastic view

Fairwinds was perfect for my family of 5. The view was incredible, perfect for wine and cheese. It was great having an extra TV room for when the weather wasn’t great, as well as a few board games to play

Well worth the stay

Great location and beautiful home. Only two very minor issues - There was no key to open one of the back sliding doors opening out to the ocean and the clothes dryer unfortunately didn't really work. But all in all a beautiful home in a great location.
