Mid Lake - Triple Forbes Fish Camp

This great mid-lake Louisiana side location puts you close to all of the action. Minutes away from Toledo Town and Tackle, Pendleton Bridge and World Class Cypress Bend Golf Course and the major fishing tournaments. Water view of United Bay from our front porch provides private boat launch. A small cove runs to the backside of property to a lighted deck that has electricity to charge boats, fish cleaning shed & lighted enclosed garage. All protected by outdoor cameras.
Our home has two large living areas each with its own tv (direct tv) and comfortable seating . Connected to a large fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The open floorplan keeps everyone together but plenty of room to do your own thing. Four bedrooms , two &1/2 baths , washer/dryer, wi-fi makes our home perfect for families or small groups to spend quality time together. .
Sunsets on Toledo bend are amazing. . The back porch has patio funiture, smoker & small barbeque pit. The back yard has fire pit and lots of room to play games.

Great camp and great location.

Came with friends for a fishing trip at LTD. Had to reschedule due to Hurricane which was not a problem for our host, Craig. Great place and awesome location. Will definitely stay here again.

The Brothers Reunion

This was our third year at this facility. We enjoyed our stay even though the weather (thunderstorms occurred each day). We are looking forward to our next meeting in 2025 at the facility.

Fantastic Family Gathering Place

This property is amazing! It has a great location tucked away in the piney woods with lots of space! It was perfect for our family of 12! The kids and grandkids alike found something special about the space! It was clean and roomy with a magnificent kitchen! The location was close to where we met with extended family for a Family Reunion! We will definitely book it again when the time comes around! The hosts are fabulous at communicating and very accommodating! Thanks again Craig for a wonderful stay!

Family fishing and water fun

The house is a great size with plenty of room. We had 6 adults. Plenty of room, great kitchen space and living room space. Outdoor area front and back was great, plenty of parking and boat launch in easy walking distance, maybe 60yrds away. Craig and Pam Forbes replied very quickly to any questions we had. Helped with where to rent jet ski which was in the same Bay Area, very close by.

Cozy, quiet and comfortable

Lovely house with nice backyard. Quiet neighborhood, just minutes from a grocery store and a Dollar General, Family Dollar plus a Dollar Tree only 5 minutes away. House was spacious, clean, with plenty of room for my family. Host was extremely kind, pleasant and easy to get in touch with. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this house to anyone.

The Brothers

This is our second year at the facility which was enjoyed greatly by everyone. We appreciated the improvements.to the facility that were made since our stay last year. Everyone voted that this was the best place for us to meet. We are looking forward to our visit in 2024. We spent a many happy hours on the back porch and in the camp visiting.

Great lakehouse vacation home!

We had a party of 9 stay at this location for the Big Bass Splash. It was a great central location close to the grocery and dollar store, but also tucked away in a private cove. No swimming area, but there is one just minutes down the road. Nice big yard for the kids to run and play. The house is very big and spacious, and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The owner is very easy to contact and communicate with. It was nice to have a private boat ramp within walking distance. Will definitely stay again! We had an amazing stay with no complaints! :)

Just as described

Awesome Trip

My family and some friends came down for a fishing trip with LTD Guide Service and had the best time. This house was more than accommodating for us, super spacious and very clean. Rooms and beds were great along with all the bathrooms, we will be reserving on our next trip for sure. The decks were a nice plus also as well as the covered parking. The host was amazing, and was available if we needed anything, This was an overall 5 star. And we caught a ton of fish!

Fishing Getaway

We had a group of 10 adults. The camp was comfortable, spacious, clean, and centrally located to the areas we were going to fish. We also had access to a good boat launch and had parking for 5 vehicles with trailers at the camp. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. Will definitely use again if available.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Great space, comfy beds, open floor plan. Excellent communication with host! We had a blast! Close to the water, close to grocery stores and restaurants. But just secluded enough! We will be back for sure!!

Great Property and Host!

We were here for a short stay to visit some family in the area. The property was roomy and clean and we really enjoyed it. Craig was a top notch host, friendly and great communication. It was truly an exceptional experience. We will definitely be checking this the next time we are there, we didn't do any fishing this trip, but this place would have been excellent for that. Perfect Fish Camp for our family weekend!

We rented the Triple Forbes Fish Camp while attending a family reunion in the area. It was very clean, great space, convenient location and had a comfort we needed for our trip. Great communication from hosts and easy check-in. A++

Great experience! So easy and accommodating. We booked with Craig and had such an easy time with everything. The house is wonderful for large family gatherings or extended families all needing one place to stay together. Would stay there again anytime!
