"My husband and I enjoyed our stay! We were in the area for the weekend for DMB's shows at SPAC- 30 min drive. Tina (owner/ host) was exceptional. She was extremely communicative. The property was clean and held its historic charm. Breakfast was fantastic and made to order. We felt safe with the security system in place. Off street parking provided. "Charming hotel! This hotel was definitely a gem in its hay day. Although it is a little tired, it is still charming and a lovely place to stay. It was quiet and felt very safe tucked away from the street. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The grounds were nice and had a walking trail where we took the dogs for a stroll. "This was a terrible experience. The hotel itself did not feel safe, people outside were doing drugs and alcohol at all hours. The refrigerator did not work, the tv did not work. The front desk refused a refund, the owner hung up on me when I called asking for some type of refund. The bathroom ceiling looked like it could cave in, the shower had rust stains. Stay far away from this hotel they should be shut down."

"Underground parking with elevator right by car was great for the 7 floors here. Room was huge and no complaints on any of the room. Close to interstate so some road noise if AC not running to buffer that noise. Might just be cause I had the last room on a outside wall closet to freeway. Gym was better than most(75lb dumbbells!). Only gripe was breakfast wasnt included. Very clean, nice building decent sized tv with free HBO..will stay here again if in Albany."

"The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....
