"As usual, always clean and staff are extremely courteous.... just perfect."

"Japanese breakfast was authentic and delicious. Delux double room huge by Japanese hotel standards. Room was quiet and clean although carpets require updating. Staff professional. Location for subway and shinkansen excellent. Will stay again."

"Very clean and quiet property. Staff was helpful and kind. Located in beautiful neighborhood close to everything."

"Our room and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. The hotel restaurant was very good for breakfast, as was the bakery in the lobby. We stayed in a one bed room. The bed filled the room with a little space around the bed to shuffle around it. Not a big deal to us, but it's worth understanding what you are booking. We really enjoyed our stay here."

"Literally perfect!"
