"We loved our stay. The staff was fabulous and the rooms were spotless."

"Room was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Perfect location for walking to eat, shop and explore town."

"It was like staying at your beloved grandparents old home. Welcoming and warm! Porch sitting with hot tea/ coffee, and a savory treat! Chris, the innkeeper was a joy! He treated you as an old friend! The location was awesome! A short walk away from all the downtown activities. We will definitely be back!"

"Wonderful staff and breakfast was lovely. Excellent location to walk to everything."

"Loved our stay at the Primrose Inn!"

"Loved the spot great snacks, cookies, kind bars, fresh pastries, fruit, juice, yogurt. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants! Easy walk to Harbour and sightseeing, large room with kitchen , bedroom, bath, living room, nice hearted in bathroom. Only issue, not too many plates mixed up, 2 dinner, 3 salad, 5 bowls???? And no place to eat at no table or chairs so had to sit on couch and use foot stool to place plates…very ODD AND UNCOMFORTABLE Also impossible even at 5 ft 11 to reach kitchen...

"What a charming property. The day room was so charming and the fireplace was a welcome perk, as the days and nights were chilly! Breakfast was delicious. Our room was so lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Tea was set in the late afternoon with delicious treats. Thank you for a great visit!"

"Estacionamiento y aire acondicionado perfecto"

"Room was clean and comfortable. We didn't expect any breakfast according to the Expedia information but when we got to the property they had complimentary water, coffee, tea, oatmeal, snack and breakfast bars, fruit, yogurt, and even microwave popcorn available in their office! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Great location, easy walk to downtown Bar Harbor and the waterfront."

"Very unique place. Loved the vintage decor. Staff were extremely friendly. Had s’mores by the fire nightly which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again if I visited Bar Harbor again."

"ho ricevuto una stanza diversa da quella prenotata e su expedia non e’ scritto da nessuna parte chiaramente la tipologia della camera prenotata. la ragazza alla reception ha ridolto alla grande ma expedia non si e’ dimostrata affidabile"

"TERRIBLY POOR HVAC !!! and INADEQUATE WINDOW SHADES ! and GREEN HUE WATER ? SPEND MORE MONEY - GET A BETTER PLACE !!! The HVAC was so annoying and loud even my ear plugs didn’t drown it out and it ran on and off constantly for four days never being able to keep up with any setting - probably because of drafts and some holes in the ceiling where water had apparently come through it. WINDOW “SHADES” (not really): The probably expensive double window shade system didn’t come close enough to...

"Staff was very friendly. It was a clean environment. Quaint spot with amenities for kids/families. Breakfast was good with gluten free options, too."
