"Our stay at this hotel in Washington was quite disappointing, particularly in terms of guest services and basic hospitality.
First, we were surprised to learn that, despite booking two rooms, we were required to pay an additional charge for parking. Guests travelling by car should be clearly informed about such additional charges at the time of booking. It is also disappointing that parking arrangements for hotel guests are treated as an extra burden rather than a basic aspect of...

"The staff that were human were awesome (I've stayed there before). But the hotel's problem solving was AI gone bad. No humans on hand in my building. Everything automated. But the code into my room had issues (though it worked on the main entrance). Then, I couldn't figure out the programming to the cheap remote heater. The coffee maker just flat-out didn't work. You can only ask a computer for help so many times. Shame on the owners for saving so much by screwing potential real humans out of...

"The accommodations were horrible. The bed was awful. The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, and the theme was a gay theme throughout the facility. Washington is great but we won’t Elbe returning to this hotel."

"Shower is too slick even when the floor is dry. I’m not sure if it’s because of cleaning residue from housekeeping. But this lead to me falling hard backwards in the shower. Maybe try to use a different cleaning product to prevent this from happening to others. Other than that the stay was good."

"The hotel and my room were both clean and well maintained. My disappointment stems from housekeeping completely missing my room during the stay, and not refilling the empty body wash in the shower, even though I asked. Also disappointing, there is not currently an open restaurant or bar there (as of 10/30/26-11/1/26). We’ve stayed there before and liked it. Hopefully things improve."

"Suuuuuuuper convenient and safe, nice area of DC , the location is less than 5 minutes from a metro station, the neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and markets.
The amenities and all in one convenience of having a bar, dinning area and lounging spot, almost makes you want to stay in and enjoy the hotel a bit more, but a las there’s just so much to do in DC"

"From the delightful and helpful staff to the beautiful and clean room to the lovely pizza restaurant downstairs, what more could one ask for?! The perfect size room for a solo traveler who is out and about exploring the town and needs a nice space to sleep with a clean and surprisingly spacious bathroom!! I stayed during Halloween and even though there was loud music from à party down the road, I texted the front desk and they took care of it through the police right away! YEAH. THIS PLACE...
