"The women at the front desk at night were amazing!!! We were so tired from traveling from Florida. My parents are 83 and have trouble getting around. We came for my son’s college graduation, and the woman immediately upgraded our room. She also gave us vouchers for the restaurant, which we ended up using. The bartender was nice too. "The hotel was clean, loved that they had a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. My only complaint was that our sliding door to our bathroom wouldn't stay closed we had to jimmy it each time to get it to stay closed. But loved everything else about the hotel and it's staff."

"They charged me an extra $100 to check in early starting 10:00am but they barely had the room available for me at 11:00am, so they overcharged me.
