  • One bedroom apartment located on the top floor with stunning sea views. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The bedroom has access to the balcony and has sea views from the bed. The balcony is large, open and south west facing, ideal for catching summer or winter sun. From the balcony you can enjoy views of the sea and golf course.



    Located in the beachfront complex of Marina Real which benefits from 2 swimming pools, underground parking and direct access to the marina.

The apartment is in an excellent location with amazing sea views. Close to all the bars and restaurants in the port and beyond. It’s starting to look and feel a bit tired the kitchen and bathroom could do with some updating and modernisation.

Fabulous stay, excellent location.

The accommodation was situated in a great location, fabulous views of the sea and surrounding areas. All amenities within easy walking distance. Accommodation was ideal for a weeks or more stay. It had everything for dishwasher to washing machine. We would definitely 100% choose to stay here every time the two of us visit. Grateful for the bottle of water in the fridge and washing up liquid and clothes on arrival. Also the sachets of tea coffee etc. My only small issue was that some of the utensils and crockery where not clean on arrival but easily sorted.

The apartment was ok could do with updating wasn’t as clean as it could have been shower was poor but other than these things had a really good time air conditioning good location handy for most things weather was brilliant

What a fabulous terrace!

Come here again and again for the terrace alone. It’s aspect and view. Fabulous. Marina Real is a brilliantly handy complex. Lovely flat. Small but ideal for two. Wonderful aspect. Great service from Duquesa Estates. We come a few times each year. We’d not book with anyone else.

Our stay in Duquesa

Excellent location, fantastic south west facing balcony with easy access to the port. Cleanliness and service of a very good standard, The only downside for us was the limited nature of the kitchen utensils and the tiredness of some items of furniture but rest assured this has not stopped us from rebooking for next year. As mentioned above, for anyone wishing to cook a few meals in the apartment, additional kitchen utensils would be helpful.

It’s all about the terrace!

Love Marina Real. Location is superb. 442 our favourite. Fabulous terrace. Great views. Privacy. Like many flats here it’s getting dated. New kitchens and bathrooms needed but that’s reflected in the reasonable nightly rate. We come a few times each year. Says it all really. See above.

Our stay at Real Marina 442

We really enjoyed the view from our balcony. It was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The outdoor chairs were not in good condition. They were falling apart. I think replacing the chairs would be a great asset to this property because it has such beautiful views you want to spend time sitting outside.

Terrace, view and location. Can’t fault Marina Real for its proximity to everything Sadly the apartment next door was having work so their terrace was piled high with junk which spoiled our outdoors experience. These apartments are in need of a refurb but they are perfectly adequate and sensibly priced. We come twice a year. That says it all. Love 442.

Nice apartment with a great view and local to all amenities

When we got there, after a very early start, our initial thoughts were the apartment was fine but not a WOW unlike the terrace which was fantastic, we had a few issues with the TV not working and then we put on a small wash and the floor was flooded due to a faulty washing machine, but the Folks at Duquesa Estates were brilliant and a new washing machine was installed and TV fixed in double quick time and we had a great time there, looking forward to going back again soon Maybe have some small drinks available ie bottle of water, tea & Coffee (even if just a sachet). Need to remove redundant cables from terrace

Great location with stunning view

Well located close to the Marina with all its bars and restaurants and good walks either way along the prom. Stunning 180 degree views form large balcony. Quick response to a few issues and a commitment to check others when apartment vacant. A few issues regarding shortage of items and equipment not working fully. One or two items could do with upgrading. Underground parking available but not in the same block so no easy access to the apartment.

Best apartment we stayed in!

Lovely top floor apartment with amazing views, all day sunshine and sunset. Very well equipped and everything you need for self catering holiday. Great location just a few minutes from the port and the beach. Lovely gardens with three swimming pools all secure and safe for children. This apartment had a very good heating and air-conditioning system which was easy to use. (Only used twice in the evenings). The Wi-Fi was excellent too. Very clean. Would definitely stay again! A couple of points only A ‘smart’ tv would be great to be able to use with the fantastic Wi-Fi, as the only 4 English Channels were hit and miss. With a smart tv you could sign into your own accounts on Netflix, Prime, Disney or stream from your phone or iPad. Needs a new toaster! You may consider replacing the mattress on the bed.

Amazing location! Lovely apartment!

This is a really well equipped apartment with amazing views! It’s in a fantastic location just minutes from the beach and the wonderful port. It has a lovely large terrace with plenty of room for sunbathing and eating alfresco, With views to die for. It’s very well equipped with great heating and air-conditioning when needed, a very comfortable bed, plenty of storage in the bedroom, lovely bathroom and cosy sitting room. The kitchen is very well equipped for all your needs. Lovely fresh bathroom towels and bedding with extra if needed. The apartment has really good Wi-Fi! Would definitely stay again! It’s beginning to look a bit tired and dated, and could do with a freshen up and some new furniture. The television needs updating to a ‘smart’ TV so you can ‘log on’ to the basics like Netflix / Amazon etc, (especially when there are no UK channels available), for late night viewing. There are some tiles that need replacing on the terrace. The old TV in the bedroom doesn’t work so needs taking down or replacing. There is an old audio docking-system that needs removing as outdated unless you have an original iPod.

Light, bright, airy, stunning views from balcony. Good size dining/sitting room. In fact good size apartment. Clean, well maintained. Comfortable bed. All good really. Literally nothing to work with, on arrival. It's like the kitchen and presses were stripped of everything. Not even salt.! Not a cleaning cloth, one dishwasher tablet, some sort of cleaning agent. It smacks of mean. I feel for the considerable money I am paying to stay there, that is the least Duquesa Estates could do. Instead of every holiday renter on the weekly or two weekly turnover having to head out on arrival to buy these essentials. It's ridiculous. Other than that my toilet didn't flush for two days and my washing machine leaked. These were fixed promptly when I rang DE on the Monday morning. Plus a toilet brush was provided promptly. My final gripe is that the very large and beautifully located balcony could have done with a brush and a wash. I dropped an item of clothing on the ground there and it was really dirty when o picked it up.

The location is excellent as are the parking facilities. This was our third year in this apartment. It is very tired and in need of modernisation, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. There were so many minor things that were wrong. One example is the blind on the terrace to protect you from the wind. A new blind was fitted but it was left with rusty connectors so it wouldn’t stay down.
