"Sehr geehrter Herr/Sehr geehrte Frau, hiermit möchte ich meine große Unzufriedenheit mit den nicht aufgeführten Gebühren für meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus vom 12.12.2025 bis 14.12.2025 zum Ausdruck bringen. Der Aufenthalt selbst war zufriedenstellend, die Abrechnung hat mich jedoch zutiefst enttäuscht. Bei der Buchung wurde uns ein Gesamtpreis von 285 € genannt, den wir auch bezahlt haben. Beim Check-out wurde uns jedoch unerwartet eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 300 € für eine „Reinigungsgebühr“...

"Een net ingericht appartement met een complete keuken, sauna en een balkon met een geweldig mooi uitzicht. Eind januari is het stil op het park en ondanks dat is de supermarkt, het binnenzwembad en een vd restaurants geopend, waar je prima iets kan eten. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en komen zeker een keer terug. Let wel, het appartementen complex beschikt over een lift maar het park is niet geschikt voor mindervaliden vanwege de hellingen en de vele trappen. "
