We love the house and all the separate spaces for family to congregate. Location is great for trip to Manhattan and our family farm located 15 miles north on highway 13. Neighborhood is quiet and I enjoyed the views of the lake and flint hills. Beds seem a little firm all but the twins in the loft but my family are bed deva’s If we have another big family event in the area we will probably stay at this house again.

This is our second visit and it was just as good or better than the first!! we needed things for an infant this time they had everything! We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!

The house was advertised as having room for 12 and not all beds were equal, there was plenty of room for all and lots of gathering spaces for the group. The house didn’t disappoint and we look forward to booking again in the future.

This property is Amazing. There was so much space for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you could need which was so nice not to have to eat out all the time. Our kids loved the toys, games, and coloring books available. The location is a bit out of town (we knew that upon booking) but it was ideal for privacy and an "escape" from town. We will definitely be using this property for our future Manhattan trips.

We needed to change plans for Easter unexpectedly and were fortunate enough to find this little gem!! It was exactly as described and we actually felt the pictures didn’t fit Ben do it justice! The place is perfect for a large family!! Plenty of rooms to choose from as well as multiple living areas for the different groups. We absolutely loved the front family room off the kitchen because the adult kids could stay up late to play games and not disturb anyone sleeping. The views were just gorgeous of the sunrise and sunset. I can only image it gets even more beautiful once everything greens up and blooms. The host Sarah was very accommodating and checked in daily. We have family that live in Manhattan that came to visit and this could be a new tradition. Thanks for making our Easter weekend a memorable one!! We will definitely be back! One happy mama! Staci
