"A great location to access New Plymouth and the region. The house was perfect for our family to be able to relax, have our own spaces, but also enjoy being together. Great to be able to cook a meal, play with the toys, and easily get into town. Good comms from the host. Our second time at this property and would stay again! Thanks."

"We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and listen to the sounds of the surf and birds. Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas. Cannot recommend this place enough - would still be there if we could ☺️"

"Accomodation was fabulous and better than expected. A handy location with good local cafes. "

"Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable."

"Nice location, lovely views. Home appears relatively clean. Unfortunately I do have a gripe about there not being a sheet separating the top duvet of the main bed (forgot to check the others), feels a bit unhygienic. I also had a hair on my pillowcase upon arrival, then checked the bed and there was a hair in there too. There is a cat (unsure who it belongs too) that is quite adamant about getting inside and literally meowed very loudly on and off all night as well as banging on the door (the...

"The place was neat, tidy, and very comfortable with the rooms being a good size and well appointed. The host were a delight and very helpful. The location was right opposite Pukekura park and not too far from town.I'd recommend without a doubt."

"The property was tired and dirty, there were dead bugs inside and dog poo on the back lawn. The pool had a lot of dead bugs too. It was comfortable, and, the linen was clean, and lots of space for a big family/group to spread out in."
