Luxurious Holiday Home

Villa Reve is a purpose built luxury holiday home. Set in park like grounds this gorgeous home offers every luxury you could want for but in a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Wake up to the sounds of tuis, doves, quail and take in the beautiful garden views. The bedroom with large King bed, luxurious linen and vast en-suite opens onto private deck. The galley kitchen offers superb cooking facilities. The fireplace in the outdoor dining area provides alternative cooking options as does the gas BBQ. This area is fenced to keep the wind out and for ultimate privacy.
The living room is positioned for sun and views and opens out to another deck to extend the living area. Villa Reve is situated just a short distance from the historic village of Mangonui and from all the gorgeous beaches of Doubtless Bay. Your hosts are keen fishers and divers so will often treat guests to a seafood morsel. Whether it is that magical romantic weekend or an adventure holiday, Villa Reve is the perfect spot for those people wanting a little luxury at the end of their day. There is a pull out double bed within the couch in the living room which could sleep one or two extra people at a charge of $25 each per night.

We liked the layout of the property -indoor and outdoor areas to relax, beautiful landscaped gardens with the feeling of complete privacy. Also loved the quality appliances in kitchen and the BBQ area with fireplace. Only downside was the fire station alarm at 6am, and seeing the cemetery next door on our way in.

"Fabulous".

Very comfortable .. we loved our 10 day stay.. great for summer renting with all the facilities available.. sadly with the winter tempuratures and alot of rain, we were not able to use the outdoor fire place and pizza oven! Wonderful hosts .. Thankyou..

Fab hideaway

Although not located directly on the beach, it's only a 10 minute walk to the quieter end of Coopers Beach, where you're more easily able to bags yourself a pohutukawa tree as a sunshade for a day on the sand. This well appointed mini house is completely self-contained and had absolutely everything we needed for a min break. Old Mangonui township is also a short drive or a 30-minute walk if you feel like some great fish and chips.

Wow!

An amazing property that was clean, comfortable and had all the bells and whistles we needed for our weekend away. Unwinding in the private courtyard each night with the option of the bbq or pizza oven was great after our little day adventures. The rain shower was another highlight that was enjoyed and the bed was soooooo comfortable we just had to sleep in each morning! The hosts were a wonderful couple that were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you Annette and Greg for sharing your beautiful property with us, we will definitely be visiting again!
