"Excellent, upmarket hotel in the centre of the city. Parking was busy and would probably be full by early evening. We chose the hotel because of the parking and had no problems with our large car. Good breakfast but no a la carte choice - i.e. fixed price for the buffet."

"The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property."

"We were four adults sharing one room, and unfortunately, the space didn't match what was shown on the website. The room felt cramped, with the beds taking up nearly all available floor space. The beds themselves were decent, but the overall comfort was compromised by the tight layout. The shower pressure was weaker than expected, which made for less-than-ideal rinses. "A great place to stay in the heart of Norwich, stayed for a friends wedding and all was fabulous !!"

"The property had staff that were helpful and polite we arrived early and the chap let us check in and order us a taxi to get into town . When it was late he kept us informed. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed . The shower products were lovely . The breakfast selection was fab and the morning staff were chatty. The hotel needs a complete overhaul it is dated and tired looking which I can imagine is disappointing for the staff that work hard . They deserve...

"It has reputation of being noisy, especially on Friday & Saturday nights when the nightclub below the hotel is in full swing. However, although it is noisy, I was given earplugs by the reception staff and I slept reasonably well. I was in room 5, to the rear of the hotel at the rear, and it was very quiet on the other nights."

"Loved the children’s free ice or fruit . Children’s play area at breakfast. Dog friendly. Loved the warm pool and hot tub. I’m diabetic and had a low blood sugar. The man at the pool helped me . The lady at the bar read the list of about 15 favourers of ice cream . She was lovely. We had stay for funeral in the area . Would stay again"
