This villa is located in a quiet residential area (secured by municipal video), it is therefore available for families and friends. It is forbidden to party, or night-time drinking

On the ground floor 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom including 1 room with 2 small beds ( possibility double bed) and a room with two baby beds and a changing table .

Upstairs a room for 2 people with bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.

A large high-end kitchen with integrated coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, worktop ....

The outside of the villa has a large garden with sun loungers, an outdoor area with tables and chairs, a petanque court, a table football room, a playground for children with swing and small slide, a patio.
