The hotel has been shut down for 3 months

The hotel was shut down 3 months ago. I use Expedia to book because on International experience. I was dropped off by taxi with 3 bags in front of the hotel. Closed for the last 3 months. Dangerous area. I am not unfamilar with Cebu as I have lived here for 6 years. This was dangerous and unable to get taxi. Grab Uber would not come to the ara at 10pm. I finally had friend drive one hour to pick me up at midnight. Please refund.

リノベーション工事で休業中だと…チェックイン出来ず（怒）

21時30分に到着したらエントランスドアがチェーンで施錠されてました。内側にいたスタッフだと言う男性に開けて欲しいと言うと、リノベーション工事で休業中との事。訳が分からず、既に宿泊料金を支払済だと説明したり、その証拠のスマホ画面を見せたり、10分ほどその場でやり取りしましたが、ガードマンがやって来て「クローズ」と一言。諦めて退散しました。このホテルがおすすめ上位でヒットするエクスペディア、ホント大丈夫？？？

the staff are very nice. i love the people there very hardworking and respectful. i wanted to give the a tip but i ran out of money but i will definitely give them next time. the room is small but pleasant.

하루라도 빨리 벗어나고 싶은 호텔

진짜 개쓰레기 호텔 물에서 돌이나온다. 물이 깨끗한건지 알 수가 없다. 샤워하고 난뒤 몸이 간지럽고 뭔가 깨끗하다는 느낌이 안든다. 직원들은 친절하다만 호텔에 있을만한 곳이 안된다. 정말 그냥 잠만 잔다면 모르겠는데 이 호텔이 망하고 다시 만들어 졌으면 한다.

Bra hotell för en övernattning

Ett bra hotell, rent, bra standard. Passar utmärkt för en natt innan man ska med flyget från Cebu. Lite tråkigt område det ligger vid, finns inget runt om.

どのタクシーの運転手さんも少し迷うことがあってもきちんと見つけられていました

トイレの便座がなく、少し抵抗がありました。ハウスキーパーの人はとてもキレイに清掃してくれたので、その他の点は満足しています。

Hopeless service

Terrible. No refund for pension discount. Receptionist unable on 2 occasions to get us a taxi. Claimed she had mo contacts. Restaurant staff hopeless. Uanable to provide toast, butter, or tea. They got the bill wrong. Refused to switch off the TV until we insisted. Ended up with gastroenteritis.

Made the right choice

i booked this hotel for my brother who stayed there for 5d4n, its his first time to travel alone. According to him "The Room is nice, the bed is cozy. The Food Service is Great and the Location is very accessible" Glad i made the right choice in booking this hotel.

short stay only

i booked this hotel for 13 nights . checked in and stayed only one night. the room was very small and the airconditioner was not cold enough. i called customer service of Hotels.com and asked to be booked to a bigger hotel. The hotel staff are always good. but, this hotel is too cramped for 2 people. There was no room for our bags at all. I like the free breakfast. there are better hotels around the area for the same room rate unless you prefer a small room. Room dimensions should be included in the description of hotel rooms.

空港とのアクセスも良かった！

部屋はとても清潔感がありました。カフェも併設していたので軽食はわざわざ出かけなくてもOK ただケータイの電波は少し悪いです。部屋にwifi があれば満点！ 次回も利用したいです。

Godt gjemt hotell.

Ok hotell og god renslighet! Ingen vifte på badet, så det lukter litt rart muligens litt mugg! Toalettsetet er sprukket, så når du reiser deg, biter det deg til blods da sprekken lukker når den er ubelasted. Svært ubehagelig. Grei betjening og ok mat i den lille resturanten. Elendig internett. Bedre å bruke medbrakt! Ligger ca 20 minutt fra Ayala og flyplass. Nesten ingen drosjer vet om hotellet og hvor det er. Måtte lede dem hit med GPS på iPhone!!!

Small Room, Cafe Has No Pepper

I was quite disappointed when I got to my room. For a double room the bed was barely big enough for one person, and the rest of the room was also very small, definitely too small for 2 North American people to get around comfortably in. The shower was small and had an annoying corner obstruction. The cafe had no pepper. Unbelievable how a restaurant would not have pepper.

Internet did not work ....

The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpfull. The only one problem was coming from the fact atht the internet did not work at all ... So I had to go to a restaurant nearby and order food in order to get internet access.

Petites chambres mais assez confortables. Service

Situé dans un endroit calme et à proximité du centre ville. Les chambres sont petites et la salle de bain réduite à sa plus simple expression mais endroit propre et sympathique avec du personnel à votre écoute. Très bien.

快適なベッド

冷蔵庫がないことと場所がわかりにくいこと以外文句はありません。窓はありませんがエアコンで服が乾きます。そして何故か置いてあった石鹸は次に日も使ったらお湯で洗っても手から石鹸が落ちないで必死に拭き取りました。場所ですが、ホテルは大通りに面していますが、少しだけ奥にホテルとホテルの持つカフェがあるのでホテル自体を大通りから確認できません。その為、ホテルの場所がわかるには大通りに向けて立っている、白字でRと書かれた黒い看板を見つけてください。空港側から行った道だと左手側にその看板はありました。安く快適に過ごしたいと思ったらまたここを予約します。

Nice cafe

Staff service was excellent in the hotel and cafe. The room was clean and basic with good wifi internet connection. I found the shower recess a little small. The cafe was convenient and served good quality food with very friendly service. There is a grocery and drug store next to the entrance of the hotel. The rooms are shielded from the street noise by way of the hotel design. Good quality for a reasonable price.

1100 페소짜리 호텔을 시눌룩기간이라 1800페소를 주고 이용을 해서 그런지 돈이 좀 아까움. 1100페소로 이용하기엔 적당한편. 위치는 올드브리지 바로 건너면 있고, 만다웨 센트럴이랑 가까운 편임. 아침밥에 개미출몰함. 눈크게 뜨고 식사하시길. 샤워기 수압이 안 좋고, 물 잘 안빠짐. WIFI 신호 현저히 약함.
