"The camper is EXCELLENT. Amenities galore. Spotlessly clean. Tastefully furnished.The LOCATION is ten ft from another tow camper, and twenty yards from the owner's house. Considering the very large tract of land, the Cozy Camper could be 100 yards from the owner's house. The current location offers zero privacy. I like privacy when camping."

"DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!BROKEN AC AND SLOW RESPONDING HOST!!The promo photos did a wonderful job of masking reality here. The home was clean, but in serious need of attention. For brief stays, the patch- up approach on the cheap may be tolerated but a broken AC and non-responsive host in July is not. Upon arrival, I entered the wrong code so I called the host and they immediately answered the phone. Then approximately 5 minutes later, we texted them to inform them that the a/c was at 84 and...
