Best Stay Yet!!

We love Irish Beach and have stayed in the area multiple times. This was our best stay yet. Sea Bees was perfect from everything to a fully stocked kitchen to make cookies and waffles on father day down to the dog accessories! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who is looking for an amazing place to stay!

Enjoying the coast retreat

We both loved the beautiful coastal views And how quiet it was. Very close to point arena Light house and wineries. Will definitely Put this home on the must go back to.

Great getaway!

The view from the deck is amazing! We mostly enjoyed our daily walks to the beach with our dogs. Walking for miles on a mostly private beach was wonderful! The house is immaculately maintained and comfortable. An enjoyable getaway for sure.

This house is GREAT!!! Well stocked kitchen, linens, games, books, and more. Everything you need to relax by the ocean and find peace. The house is located at the end of the street with limited neighbors. The view is spectacular, you can even see the lighthouse from the deck. The great room has a big comfy sectional, sofa, and recliner making it a spacious and comfortable place for the whole family to hang out. We will be back!

This house is PERFECT! Wonderful views in a beautiful and peaceful community. The house has everything you could need. Our family has been coming here for years and will keep coming back. The house is better than even can be described and shown in pictures. The property manager is also super helpful. PERFECT home to stay in for a PERFECT vacation.

Beautiful stay in Manchester

We loved this property! It was so peaceful and the view was soo nice to wake up to every morning. We loved watching the birds and even the bobcat that came out a couple times. We drove up to Mendocino and it was a beautiful easy 30 min drive. We would definitely want to come back again!

We have visited Irish beach numerous times. This was our first time at this property. It was clean and had all the amenities you could need. The view is amazing and the deck is roomy. No complaints at all.

Great home for family or friends

Great location, great house! We will definitely be back. Michelle responded quickly to any of our needs.. We made daily trips to our private beach, visited the lighthouse and drove into Mendocino to get a new rummikub game that we forgot to bring. This trip was with my son and his family, but next trip will be with girlfriends.

Nice location and house

Everything was very good, house was clean, bed super comfortable, kitchen well supplied, pretty much everything you could ask for. The only negative and why 4 stars was the hot tub which is almost brand new kept popping the circuit breaker, so it was a challenge at times to keep it at temperature, but the contact person was very responsive and had their guy come out right away, he did what he could, but it sounds like it’s really an issue that the hot tub dealer needs to address.

Outstanding

Very comfortable home with excellent views. The home is well stocked with the exception of soap and toilet paper. The lighting is not very bright, but we will come back time and time again, with light bulbs and TP next time :-) LOL We loved this home and had an amazing time and look forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommend.

OLD tired HOUSE-GREAT VIEW

Needs serious updating and cleaning. Have stayed in Irish Beach numerous times in much nicer homes for less money. Pictures on-line look great but in reality its all very tired looking, from furniture to bathrooms and appliances. We sent email to the contact we were given with all the issues (dirty utensils, dirty and non-functioning hot tub)and never heard anything back. These property managers know you are coming so we can't figure out why they never have a house in tip top shape. Its disappointing for sure. Not worth what we paid even with the great view

Gorgeous Views & Lovely Home

Our party of five loved our time spent at Sea B’s! The panoramic views of Irish Beach and the ocean from the deck and out several of the windows is absolutely stunning! We had the best of both worlds with the weather being rainy the first day so we could enjoy the cozy interior of the home and the fireplace. The decor is well done and the home is spacious. The couches and armchair are very comfortable and it’s amazing seeing the view of the ocean while relaxing in the living room. The following days were sunny so we had lots of fun on the private beach. The beds are very comfortable, even the twin beds, and really nice to have so many pillows. The bath towels are plush and seem fairly new. Lots of closet and storage space throughout the home. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make our meals and plenty of room. I found the view from the end of the dining table to be most spectacular in the home and loved sitting there. Lounging in the hot tub at night to stargaze was so peaceful. The light pollution is minimal so we could see a lot of stars and planets! It’s a lovely walk down to the beach from the house, if you don’t want to drive. Irish Beach is our favorite place to vacation in CA, and this home is the best one we’ve stayed in yet! We will definitely reserve Sea B’s next time!

Very nice

Possibly the cleanest house we've rented over the last couple of years. Very well equipped kitchen. Firewood supplied. Easy front door access. The deck looks new. The inside has many, many designer details. Attention to detail throughout. Views are very nice. I'm sure there is something to complain about but we haven't found it. Oh wait.....the spa produces a low audible hum as it runs. You can hear it in the bedrooms and on the deck. Easy to tune out. Would definitely come back.

Suggesting some changes

One more category that should be included in your description of a rental is the availability of central heating. Yes, there was a wood stove at one end of the house.. the bedrooms were stretched out to the other end of the house. The bed we found most comfortable for my mother (she’s 85) was farthest away. She nearly froze! I wonder too if you rate your properties in terms of how accessible they are for a person for a person in a wheelchair.

The property was in great shape. There were ample supplies for cooking and staying cozy in the house. The views were incredible and the neighbors were respectful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

All this and more!

This is a fabulous place to stay! The ocean view is endless, the surf crashing, the fog going in and out, the sun and moon sparkling on the water— a great place to hunker down and recooperate from the heyday of life. Bring everything you need, as stores are distant with very basic contents. The breakfast and lunch at Queenies in Elk (Thurs-Sun) is the best bet for local good eating. Rollerblade down in Manchester is not as good. Great hiking at Manchester beach. We were traveling with my 100 yr old mother, and the house was perfect for her, just one six inch step at the front door. Walkways were large for easy rolling around, bed was low enough she could access it herself. The view kept her perfectly occupied and happy. When my husband surprised us for a two night visit, the owner was very accomodating to the extra person, even tho we failed to notify her when he arrived. The neighbor on cliff below keeps a close eye on all the happenings, so the neighborhhod stays quiet unlike some beach tourist spots. Our only complaint was the only truly comfortable place to sit was the living room but there was not enough lighting to enjoy the room after sunset. Also the seating on the deck was quite uncomfortable with many plastic sling chairs hard on neck and barstools with inadequate cushions. We were unable to work the tv, due to our own limitations as older folks not hip to the new setup. Overall, we highly recommend this excellent beach rental!

Home away from home

Great views, nice kitchen upgrades. Hot tub was great. Quiet place to relax and get away from the world with amazing views. Close drive to some wineries. We had an awesome stay.

Wonderful property, great hosts

The house is everything promised. Great views, nice layout, plenty of on-site entertainment and games for down time when you’re not hiking, exploring and walking the beach. We had a personal incident that we managed with the help of the owners who were understanding and went above and beyond to make our stay special. And, oh yeah, there’s the hot tub!
