Please note that stays over 10 days include a complimentary cleaning every 10 days with fresh linen, towels, and a welcome pack refill.

We will be your hosts and we offer guests carefully selected, stylish homes with the professional service of hotel, on call 7 days a week to help.

We will welcome you in person when you arrive, help you settle in, and give you a guide to the local area so you can make the most of your stay.

The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week.

When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Our standard check in time is 15:00-21:00. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.

15:00-21:00 - Standard Check-in, no additional fee
21:30 - 00:00 - £70 additional fee
