Sleeping arrangements

The spacious bedroom offers a king-size bed dressed in quality linens, complemented by blackout curtains and a roomy wardrobe to keep belongings neatly stored. The living area includes a sofa bed, making the space flexible for couples, friends, or small families. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with an induction hob, oven, grill, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. Cooking basics are provided, and the layout allows you to move easily between meal prep and dining, creating a practical and sociable setting.



Bathroom

A walk-in shower provides a refreshing way to start or end your day. Bathroom essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, are thoughtfully stocked, along with soft bath and hand towels.



Comfort & amenities

The apartment includes central heating, portable fans, and laundry facilities with a washer and free in-unit dryer. Ironing and drying racks, hangers, and a wardrobe add convenience for longer stays. Safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and monitored exterior security camera provide peace of mind. A Minut sound sensor helps maintain a comfortable environment while ensuring guest privacy.

Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Manchester central shopping district and Piccadilly Gardens are less than a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. From here, there are plenty of public transport options to take you around the city.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator! You will be required to walk up the stairs to the first floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.

This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
