Living and Dining
Settle into the inviting living area, where plush seating faces a 55” Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The large windows let in soft natural light and reveal a view of Manchester’s creative heart below. The dining table seats four and doubles as a dedicated workspace, ideal for those balancing city exploration with remote work.
Sleeping Arrangements
The bedroom offers a king-size bed dressed in high-quality linens and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. A fitted wardrobe and softly lit dressing area add ease and comfort to your stay. For additional guests, the sofa converts into a single sofa bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Street parking is available nearby, and a paid garage is located off premises for convenience. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy. The property is pet-friendly (fee applied) and welcomes long-term stays as well as luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures.

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Northern Quarter. Manchester’s central bar and retail district is within walking distance. There is a public car park at 77 Oldham Road; Cable Street Car Park - charges may apply. The property is only a 10 minute walk from Manchester Victoria Station and 15 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly Station. You can also access extensive bus and tram networks from Piccadilly Gardens only a 7 minute walk away.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. You will be required to take the stairs up to the 1st floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.

A great place to stay, right in the centre of the city. Clean, well equipped and a space enough to relax. Even on a weekend the sound proofing is good enough to create a quiet location. The concierge checked in with us, and was very helpful on safe, local parking.
