Newly renovated house located in the heart of Manchester - This property really has everything to offer people visiting Manchester. Whether you're here for work or pleasure you'll love our stylish home and fantastic location.

LOCATION:
With such a fantastic location there’s no need to get taxis anywhere. The whole city centre is accessible by foot. We're just minutes away from Manchester City Stadium, New Coop Arena and you can also easily reach Old Trafford via the Metrolink. You're also spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants, bars and eateries a stone throw away.

PARKING:
Park on our gated driveway ( 2car)

Please note: If you plan to park additional car on the street, a parking permit is required. Please contact us in advance to obtain a permit; otherwise, you may receive a ticket.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washing machine and drying machine which is convenient for those on longer trip.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea and coffee.
