Paradise awaits you in this beautiful beach-view cottage in Manchester-by-the-Sea! This family-friendly home away from home enjoys an unbeatable location steps from West Beach, near Tucks Point and the Yacht Club, and within two miles of downtown Manchester-by-the-Sea.

Spend tranquil evenings on the well-appointed deck, which overlooks an extensive lawn and offers beautiful views of the beach and the ocean. This is a great spot to dine alfresco and host summertime cookouts with your loved ones. Inside, this home boasts a welcoming living area with direct access to the deck, cozy furniture, and a smart TV with streaming and cable services. Hang out with your friends as you stream a favorite movie or show on the TV, plan your next adventures, or break out any of the provided board games. Equipped with all the essentials, the full kitchen is ready to help you prepare the most delicious homemade meals and beach snacks for the group. Additional perks include window AC units, two kayaks.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable Cottage by the Sea

Black Cove Cottage is in a lovely location in Manchester by the Sea. The deck was a sunny spot for coffee in the morning and a cool shady place for dinner in the evening. The kitchen/dining area had everything we needed for our vacation. Our daughter was pleased with the WiFi connection that enabled her to work remotely. The living room was comfortable, as were the bedrooms, and the bathrooms were very clean. My husband and I and our adult daughter truly enjoyed our vacation by the sea.

The View was nice, relaxing and the bay was at the end of the driveway! The grocery store was great and had everything we needed. Also a few restaurants nearby as well. All within a 10 min or less drive. The home was very clean and had everything we needed all the way down to the crab steam pot. Train station nearby as well to go to Boston or Salem. All in all, it was a great stay!!
