"Clean room"

"Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill."

"The staff was very welcoming and every interaction was simple and easy. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom is starting to show its age. Breakfast was ok. For an overnight stay, it was good enough."

"The room was good and comfortable. It was equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The room rate was excellent. The rate also included free parking. Breakfast was included in the rate and consisted of cold cereal, waffles, yogurt, hot cereal and juices and coffee. This was also a good part of the deal. The Quality Inn was definitely a positive and a hotel to return to."

"We had a third floor room in a middle building. There were no usual amenities like shampoo or coffee in the room. It was quite a walk from our room, down a moldy elevator to the office for morning coffee which was already cold The room was too small for two beds crammed against the walls with room between for only one person to get into and out of bed. Very inconvenient for two elderly people. We have paid the same price for much better stays in other Motel6’s."

"Very clean, room was ok but the bed was above a metal base that made too much noise anytime you laid down, got up, or even moved. My room only had a shade, I would’ve preferred curtains due to the fact that people passing by could see through the sides. The receptionist and manager were very kind and helpful."

"We had 3 different rooms ..the 1st room toliet wasn't working properly. The 2nd room the tub water was running and wouldn't shut off and the 3rd room had little water pressure and was hot hot . Not impressed. Will never stay again Sad thing I stayed there like 10 years ago and it was fine....they need to fix it up and do regular maintenance on it But the lady at the front desk was pretty nice and tried to help"

"The hotel was always super clean and everyone was friendly, only one issue. I booked on Expedia and had a pet when I arrived. The lady at the desk didn’t know how to do that so she just charged me me the $150 deposit. The next day the lady knocked on my door for 5 mins to collect the pet fee. I wasn’t there, my husband was in shower and the dog went crazy. She saw me coming up the elevator and said I need to collect the pet fee I said ok. Came down a few mins later she said she reversed the 150...

"Toilet papers were used for previous people, smell really bad the rooms ,poor maintenance,dark at night time , don’t gooooo there ,place is disgustingly"

"My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...
