Pristine Beach Cottage at SeaWatch Beach

This cottage is close enough to the beach that you will walk back for a drink or to use the bathroom! When we had infants the convenience to walk back to change a diaper or get a fresh bottle was the best thing about it. You will love the cedar outdoor shower, the classic pine floors, the under-counter ice machine, central air, and stainless steel grill, and outdoor deck that catches the last of the setting sun. This house is truly the perfect beach cottage - the pictures tell the story!
* Note VRBO lists this incorrectly - it is 2 bedroom, one bath. The second "bathroom" is picked up because we have an outdoor shower *

This little bungalow is absolutely perfect for a stay with a few friends or a small family. The owners are lovely, the space is clean and bright and cozy. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% come back!

Family beach vaca

Place is awesome. Truly a stone’s throw from the beach. The town’s brand new beach pavilion across the street is a gem. Cottage was spotless; super cute place and the hosts could not have been more gracious and accommodating. The communication was great. Definitely will be back!!

If you're looking for a perfect Manasquan getaway, look no further than this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cottage is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could need, including a fantastic modern kitchen and even a wonderful washing machine – a true lifesaver! Every corner felt thoughtfully put together, making it incredibly comfortable.The location is a dream. Just a quick, easy walk of two blocks to the beach, and we loved the walkway that took us straight to the inlet. The neighborhood felt wonderfully safe and comfortable, and having the train so close by made getting around a breeze.A quick note for future guests: You have the option to rent linens, which can make packing much lighter!We truly cherished our time here and would love to come back soon.

Great location, perfect amount of space

My family and I (my mother, husband, 9 yr old son and I) stayed here for 5 days and found the property perfect for our needs. They provided: pillows, mattress covers, eating utensils (including knives), some cleaning supplies, BEACH BADGES, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. The place was comfortable and all the appliances were in great condition, AC worked great. Outdoor shower was very useful. Right around the corner from the cafe, great food! Don't forget to follow the instructions and order your LINEN SERVICE at least two weeks in advance! That's what we did and we were on our own for sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels. Note: The way the property is situated, you have many properties surrounding you and you may run into some late and loud partying neighbors over the weekend like we did. This was just bad luck/bad timing for us but always a possibility at the Jersey shore! Keep in mind street parking is a challenge on Summer weekends.

Perfect beach cottage

This was the perfect locations for my family with two teens. The property is truly pristine and well cared for. Everything works. The location is perfect, literally 2-3 minutes to a wonderful beach. Everything we needed was nearby. Communication with Mike was easy and pleasant. We can’t wait to go back!

Great stay!

My family visited the New Jersey shore for the first time during our stay here. We really enjoyed this location! Peaceful with not a lot of traffic or super crowded beach. Lots of restaurant options within a 5-10 minute drive. The house is small, but provided what we needed. It is an older cottage that is behind the main house. But it has been updated with nice amenities such as the he dishwasher and ice maker. Nice outdoor sitting area. The inside was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great! It was an easy walk to the beach. The beach was perfect for our group. Our 4 year old loved the playground and our 11 year old loved the volleyball net. We also loved the boardwalk for a morning walk. Also, Gigis pizza and ice cream was a quick walk down the boardwalk and we visited there often. The only downside was the parking. We had to park on the street. This wasn’t a problem during the week but during the weekend we had trouble finding a spot nearby. But overall, I would stay here again and recommend it!

Sweet Little Beach Cottage Fully Equipped

Perfect spot for a family or friend getaway. Extremely close to the beach and easy access to all shore attractions. The kitchen has everything you’d need to make and serve meals. Mike and Tracey are easy to communicate with. It’s a sweet little location. We hope to return again.

Nice little house near beach

We enjoyed our stay near the beach. House was very nice. You do have to bring your own sheets and towels. Grill is good and outside table sits 6. Beds are on firm side, couch is comfortable. Dishwasher and washer/dryer work well.

A great little spot steps from the beach

This adorable house has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach in Manasquan. It’s clean and Mike is very helpful. We loved the front porch, outdoor shower and BBQ grill. There isn’t a lot of privacy outdoors, but with the beach so close by, you hardly need it.

Couldn't ask for more

Hands down one of the best equipped rentals I've stayed in in Manasquan...had everything you could need for a comfortable stay (plus everything was in good condition and the house overall was very clean.) Beds were comfy, bathroom had a deep soaking tub and convenient stacked washer/dryer, kitchen was fully stocked with great counter space and ice machine with small ice chips were a huge bonus. Big table inside and outside for eating or playing board games. Beach chairs, 4 badges (they're $10 pp daily!) and the outside shower were essential for a great beach stay. Mike made the check in process and garbage collection seamless and easy. My family and I would definitely rent here again.

The BEST place to stay!

This was the absolute perfect spot for a couple or small family! So close to the beach, outdoor shower, sunroom, outdoor table and chairs, so much storage, beautifully renovated with an ice machine! The owner was so great with communicating! You won't be disappointed!

Communication was superb and the location was ideal for a short walk to the beach. We were there off season and shared the beach w only a handful of others. The community felt safe, was peaceful, and had fun dining options.

Perfect cozy immaculate bungalow--we didn't want to leave

Everything was immaculate in this cozy bungalow. Perfect location to walking the beach walk or walking into town. I hope to make this an annual trip in March -- we just loved it.
