"Debbie was fantastic to talk with. She kept us up to date on everything and check in was so easy. The house was perfect for our family of four, we loved all of the provided beach equipment. The house was clean and recently updated. The location was perfect and only a few stops away from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!!!"

"Beautiful property already rebooked"

"We were in the area specifically to find sharks teeth and this was a great location for it. The beach was literally right out the front door and we did find several teeth at the beach here! Our neighbor found several just walking around the parking lot! The place was clean and had chairs/umbrella/cooler provided so whether you stayed on this beach or decided to drive to any other nearby beaches you would have everything you needed for a great day! We drove up to Manasota beach as well to look...

"It was amazing! Everything was so beautiful the house the beach all of it! The home was well stocked with more then we ever imagined! Literally we had everything we needed! The private beach access was spectacular!! Cant wait to come back!"

"We loved our stay at The Summer Wind. Condo was perfect for 2 people. Updated and decorated nicely. Had everything we needed including towels, beach chairs, kitchen items, etc. Screened lanai was great to sit on. Beach was just a few steps away! Amazing sunsets. Found lots of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants on the Key to choose from. Owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Will definitely book here again! "

"This was truly the best place we have stayed at in Englewood. The property was comfortable, on the beach, and had everything you would need. The communication was great and our questions were answered immediately. I would definitely stay here or one of the other properties in the future. "

"The place is very cute had an amazing bay view from inside and out. So relaxing. Well stocked just like home. Make sure you look for email from Paradise Bay for check in details. Beach closer than shows on map. Literally just walk across the main rd and over a few feet. 5 minutes tops. (I think parking at the local beach is a further walk). Sunsets were absolutely stunning every night. Had a nice time looking for shark teeth/fossils. Found the most with a small garden shovel in the thick ridge...

"The property is very nice - with its own pool within easy walking distance of both the gulf and the bay. And the house itself is very nice "

"The house is easy to find and very close to the beach. Ownership has it very well stocked and it was as clean as anywhere you’ve ever visited. Having two kitchens was really nice and the private pool was a relaxing way to close out the day. This will definitely be a repeat vacation destination for my family."

"Check In was a breeze, I may have missed it in the listing but there is a locker on the ground level that has chairs and other beach items available which made it super convenient, the only thing I will say is it’s on second floor it wasn’t an issue for us but the condos on the beach side all have stairs if have someone handicap that may be an issue and I could have missed that in the listing but all in all it was great!!!! Thanks again for the great hospitality "
