"The staff at the check in counter were very accommodating with their big smile. Check in process is very straightforward as I booked prepaid. I was impressed with the place. I called it paradise. "Our recent stay at Windy Willow's in Ajuy, Iloilo was excellent. The place is so quiet and relaxing, the stand-alone cottages are so spacious with big private verandah and all handmade from local timber. Even better was the food and service -- a great menu of native Filipino dishes and international cusine at good prices. Pizza is a must-try. If you like peaceful places that honour nature and the environment, this is a good place to stay. "

"Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay."

"It is decent for its hotel category. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient for everything: transportation, dining, and shopping. The staff is friendly, and the property is clean overall, though it could use a little TLC. The age is starting to show in the furniture and fixtures. Will I stay again.. yes. "

"We did not expect that the condition of the room is such. The room was not prepared for occupancy. The sink was not cleaned. The same with the bathroom with no toilet paper. The TV cannot be operated using the remote that we have to call the office for help. We are supposed to stay for 4 nights but has to checked out the next day because of the unfavorable condition. "The Hotel is in a quiet location which is good in my opinion. There is an easy walk to the main street, where you are able to access, cafes and shopping malls either by taxi or the Maxim car (i.e. like Grab) from the Hotel or use the air con buses or jeepneys. Hotel is a lovely decor and is clean. Rooms are a good size beds are very comfortable bathrooms are always cleaned. Room cleaning is done each day. "The place is okay for the price plus the location is very good.. prob during our stat was that there were certain areas being painted in our floor, so the pungent smell was not nice.. there was also one morning when the housekeeping knocked on our door apparently to check if we were there or something.. i found this to be inappropriate esp because it was still early and we did not even place a “make up room” sign on the outside.. Other than these, the stay was comfortable.. "
