"Handicap parking had no signage. Even though it was painted Handicap. No one cared they parked like it was regular spot. Staff didn't tell them otherwise. I'm Handicap and I had to use a regular spot. Had to call desk due to loud music from guest drinking outside my room

"The hotel is very close to the airport, the shuttle service is great. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds are comfortable. Linens are very good and new.
The room are very basic and small, but it works for one night. No closet, just a place to hang a few pieces of clothing. Because the hotel is located next to the highway, it is noisy. The room has a noise canceling device and earplugs. The device is noisy, and did not work for...

"Only stayed 1 night was supposed to stay 3. Roach in room, overly filthy dust vents and urine noted on wall under sink. Attempted to check out Friday morning and front desk told me they couldn't check me out early. Showed her the pics. Still charged for the full 3 days. "
