The bed was comfortable enough for sleeping. I booked this hotel about three weeks before our arrival, reserving a suite to accommodate myself and my two daughters. Upon arrival, I was told that they had upgraded my room, which was untrue—it was exactly as I had booked. Once we got to the room, I noticed that no bed linen was provided for the fold-out sofa bed. I called the reception desk to request some, and they assured me it would be brought up immediately. Twenty minutes later, the bed linen still hadn’t arrived. I called the reception desk again to inquire about the delay and was told it would be delivered in a few minutes. Five minutes later, they called me back to ask what I needed. I reiterated that I required bed sheets, a duvet, and pillows. It took another ten minutes for the items to be delivered. Upon opening the sofa bed, I noticed it was covered with long hair and other debris. The rest of the room was average in my opinion. The shower was mediocre, spraying water in all the wrong directions. There were only two towels and two toothbrushes provided for three people, which was poorly thought out. The outdoor balcony was filthy, and the door seals were failing. This was not the experience I’d expect from a Hilton hotel. We had just returned from Thailand, where I paid much lower prices for ten times the quality during a week-long stay, compared to this one-night stay.
