"The communication was non existent from you, Hotels.com. I never received the check in information and was left tracking down the hotel property who was able to finally give me the directions, condo number and key code access. The property was ok but rustic. "

"A roomy and comfortable condo, furnished with all essentials and filled with interesting art and memorabilia. Building was very quiet with ample parking. All family members (including the dog) enjoyed the getaway!"

"Eveeything is great for vacation"

"Easy access to anything we needed as we acclimatize to high altitude.I sent a few notes through the txt chatbot and did not hear back. If Vacasa want to use a chatbot for their ease, is there a way to make th conversation two-way instead of only the bot asking for our information? Otherwise we need to be in contact with the hosts through multiple means which is inconvenient. Great property. There were a few little issues, very nitpicky, not an issue but something you as owners might want to...

"Liked the ski in option. Didn’t really have ski out option, unless you wanted to ski to town and ride the gondola"

"Nice stay at this property for a Spring ski trip. Good communication from the owner. My teenagers were comfortable in their room.Beds were comfortable and the place was well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. Condo was clean and ready for our arrival.Plenty of parking. I would stay here again. Great Spring skiing."

"Clean, comfortable, simple little condo. Perfect for my son and I to stay while we enjoyed some great fishing. Equipped with the essentials for frying up the days catch. Great location right in town. Not fancy, just good lodging. We’ll be back."

"Very nice place. Excellent communication."

"Apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed and was clean. There were only two of us so the space was just what we needed. We went up for a festival so we weren’t really inside that much. Checking in and out was easy. The only thing I will have to agree with others that the bed was not super comfortable but it didn’t kill us either. That is my only complaint. We go up to Mammoth often and I would definitely book this place again. "

"We have stayed there three times,already so know what to expect and it is great. The only issue we had which is nothing they could of helped was that the electricity went off for a day in and a half. It was off at several condo buildings and due to something contractors hit working on a house on the street. The electric company was out there all night until ot was fixed!"
