Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rentals 92 Sanctuary

This is a 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom, tri-level, property located in Snowcreek 1. It has a maximum occupancy of 7, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14384.

Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level. From there you'll walk up another set of steps to the loft level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, towels and owner provided bedding.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket and comforter with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

This unit was awesome. So roomy and spacious. Very clean and check in was super easy. Location was great. Would definitely recommend to others. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Just as described

Had a great week with my family. The place is just as described. We’ve stayed in Snowcreek multiple times and love the close proximity to the bus stop (stop #4) because you are first to get in and the last to leave so you don’t have to deal with crowds too much…the buses can get pretty crowded. The condo had plenty of supplies to cook with as well as games and puzzles. TV’s in both bedrooms is a plus. Seemed professionally cleaned.

Great family stay and snow trip

We loved everything about this property - location was great with a beautiful view, it was clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable, and wifi worked well. Easy drive to skiing and snow play right outside. The property has three main levels so there is some stair climbing involved. The reservation process was easy. We would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed the stay at this property. Very clean and great location. We will definitely come back again even though we struggled sleeping on the matrasses but we survived. :)

Beautiful Condo, Great Location and View

This was a very nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. The views from the balcony/deck were spectacular, and the back deck from the master bedroom opens onto a quiet, beautiful landscape, which is great for snow play. The electronic lock on the front door is user friendly and made check-in and everyday coming and going extremely convenient. The living/dining areas are roomy and comfortable. My family has rented several places in Mammoth and Big Bear and this one met my criteria of (1) short, easy walk to shuttle stop to ski areas in the day and to the Village in the evening/night, (2) adequate showers with plenty of hot water, (3) good heat (the heat comes on right away and quickly warms the place up), (4) sensible ski storage area and plenty of hooks for hanging up jackets, gloves, etc., and (5) dog friendly. The loft is wide open, so you cannot send the kids up to bed and then talk or watch TV without them hearing everything, but this was okay for us. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to some housekeeping issues upon arrival that were eventually resolved, but only at management's convenience and not ours (housekeeping leaves at 3:00 and will not come after that to remedy service failures). Fortunately, we also had a minor maintenance issue, and the maintenance person was kind enough to take care of the housekeeping issues as well. So the 4 stars for cleanliness were not due to the overall cleanliness of the property, which is in very good condition, but due to the particular housekeeping issues that we experienced, which I assume are uncommon.

Nice updated roomy condo with a view

This is a nicely updated condo with lots of extra overhead lights in comparison to other darker condos in that first phase of Snow Creek. Great amenities and wi fi, view of the meadow was serene. The only issue is the dryer sounds like it is dying! It thumps loudly. In fact I mistakenly thought it was an earthquake because you can feel the vibration upstairs!!

Great Stay in a Great Condo

We stayed here at Snowcreek Resort, Santuary, #92 for 3 nites! This place is awesome. Well appointed and clean. As you walk in there s a place to hang your jackets. You can walk down a few steps sit on a bench and take off your shoes. Also in this area is a washer and dryer and bathroom. From here you can walk into the master bedroom. Then you walk upstairs to a very spacious living room, dinning room and kitchen. Many areas for family to gather. From this area you can walk upstairs to a loft that has 3 twin beds. This was a very nice condo. Nicely decorated and clean. No complaints from this family, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Plenty of space, well-appointed, good location

This condo has been tastefully decorated and updated. Beautiful views on Snow Creek sanctuary. We were approved to bring our dog. We walked him right out the sliding glass door onto grassy knolls. Location was very convenient for driving into town or up to the village area. There were just two of us so this condo had so much room! Three floors and very open and light. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you’d need to make a big meal.
