La Vista Blanc #18, 3 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom townhome. Very Close to free Town Shuttle Pick up. Sleeps up to 10 people.

New Listing, never rented before! This townhome features gorgeous southern views of the Sherwin mountain range and partial view of Mammoth Mountain.

First Level - Features the Living Room, Master Bedroom+ Full Bathroom #1 and Kitchen:
The living room is furnished with V shaped queen sleeping sofa, rocking chair, flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace, and a balcony with beautiful views.
Master bedroom has King size bed + 1 full bathroom, closet with additional warm blankets, flat screen TV.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and amenities, including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster/oven, coffee maker, microwave. Kitchen are also has large dining table with 6 chairs+additional folding chairs.

Second Level - Second Bedroom, Third Bedroom, Loft and a Full Shared Bathroom:
Second bedroom has 1 queen bed and closet with additional warm blankets.
Third bedroom has 1 queen bed +1 twin folding bed and a closet.
Loft- has a bunk bed (full+twin size), Baby crib, rocking chair and flat screen TV.
Note - Second floor has one full bathroom that is shared between the loft and the 2 bedrooms on the second floor.

Shared Complex Amenities
La Vista Blanc has a nice outside pool that is open during the summer months only, year-round jacuzzi and common areas laundry laundry facilities, and a communal barbecue available during the summer months only.. The complex is located close to the free Mammoth shuttle, less than 2 miles away from Eagle Lodge, very close to shops (less than a mile away from Vons) and local restaurants. This unit has private entrance with exterior ski closet/storage provided for your convenience.

NON-SMOKING, NOT PET FRIENDLY
Parking two cars is available in front of the unit in first-come, first-serve unassigned spots in front of the unit.

Great getaway

Had a great time! Clean and comfortable! Nice breeze flowing through home. The only thing I forgot to check on was if we were on the first floor which we were not. I had our 87yr old mom and 93yr old grandpa which we had to help up the flight of stairs. But once up they were comfortable in the first floor bedroom. Overall it was a very nice home!

Nice summer escape in Mammoth

Great location and plenty of space. Could use a bit of updating but overall a warm place for family to spend time together and launching point for amazing hikes and mountain adventures!

Really clean and well stocked

We ended up renting 2 different units in this community and i can say this unit was by far a cleaner unit. The only thing i didnt realize was that the front door to the unit is still up a glight of stairs and it was a little difficult for my mother to climb up. Just be cautious of the stairs in case you have a family member who struggles with steps. Everything was great and i do recommend staying here

All good, but want you to know there is a leak from the roof in the upstairs bedroom across the hall from the bunkbed bedroom. And the heater in the kitchen has a loud rattle- this is for you to be aware. We very much enjoyed your unit- Weather was extreme but, we are ready to go again

Very convenient and clean. Some complaints on the comfort of the beds - but I slept in the master and it was fine. Kitchen well stocked. Could use some better lighting in the living room and downstairs bathroom. Overall lovely and I’d rent it again.

Great Stay in Mammoth

Unit is very clean and comfortable. For our group of five adults, we had lots of space. Well outfitted kitchen with all the tools needed to whip up our meals. Great location, close to restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay here again!
