-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

Nice quiet location

The condo was in a great location. Close walking distance to the village and less than a 2 mile walk to Vons market. It had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. It was an older condo with furnishings to match but it’s kept tidy. There are some things that could be fixed/replaced (ie: shades, fridge drawer). The mgmt company is very responsive and the pool/jacuzzi area is really nice with a bbq area. Just be aware condo is upstairs and washer and dryer is not in the condo. The washer/dryer is in a common area with quarters required to operate. Bring your own quarters and laundry pods. Overall a good condo for the price.

The kitchen chairs are broken. The kitchen sink faucet is messed up. The pots and pans and dishes were old and crappy. The couch was bad. No BBQ grill? If I were the owner, I would fix this place up a bit, because I would not want to stay here in its current condition. I would not come back.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time with my three kids. The internet didn’t work and my hubby had to re-wire the connections to watch a movie but other than that the house was perfect. The fireplace was so cozy... just don’t forget your ax because one is provided during your stay. The apartment is located just down the street from restaurants, lakes, Hiking trails. Enjoy your stay :)

Clearly? Very poor.

I found various things wrong with the site, to start. Knife and coffee cups not cleaned. Light fixture broken and half ass fixed. Sink unit not working, plug needed adjustment used towels left up stairs...master bathroom need rollers placed on the floor for the shower. On the door in the master restroom railing need further adjustment so that towels could be hung. Would be happy to forward picture to show the problems. To charge over 100 plus dollars to clean the place should have this trumed to me..

Family loved it

We loved the condo. It was very cozy and close to everything. We walked to the village to get some ice cream with the kids, the lakes and most attractions are about 10 minutes away. We will definitely stay there again.

2.5-3 star stay max

Took a bit to find the building/until number in the lengthy email, suggest putting that with the door code and address. Stopped by the property office mid afternoon 2 different days and rang the door bell, no answer. I waited for a few minutes each time. The light was on but they obviously didn’t want to assist their guests. The hot tub was only about 75-80 degrees, not ideal after a day on the mountain. Received multiple texts about “excessive noise” at 8:30pm on Saturday night. Couldn’t believe it. The unit served its purpose but I think some improvements could be made on the service side of things.
