Expansive picture windows frame breathtaking panoramic mountain views, flooding the great room with natural light and creating an inviting ambiance. The living area is a true haven of comfort, featuring a 37” wall-mounted TV and a stacked stone fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings after a day on the slopes. The chef’s kitchen is designed with both form and function, equipped with sleek appliances. Step out onto the covered deck to experience the magical alpenglow as the sun rises or sets, offering a serene moment of connection with nature.

Underground garage parking for 1 vehicle makes it easy to explore the surrounding area—including driving to Canyon Lodge (4 mins.), Little Eagle Lodge (6 mins.), Main Lodge (8 mins.), or nearby Yosemite National Park! For ski access, take the free gondola up to Canyon Lodge or hop on the free bus.

Great overall stay at the Village Condo in Lincoln House. Everything was clean with good bath and cleaning supplies (paper towels, sponges, soap, etc.). We didn't really cook on this trip so can't comment on the kitchen cooking supplies/tools. Unit was clean and super convenient to the Village Gondola with convenient central ski storage on the ground level. The central parking can be challenging at times but we managed.

Great location!

This was a great property for a couple. It was a little too small for 4 people, but you cannot beat the location. My boys could just get up in the morning, hop on the gondola and start snowboarding! Not fancy and we did encounter some issues with the property (i.e. dishwasher did not work and the outlet in the bathroom did not work), other than than everything was great!

Wonderdul Stay!

First of all I have to give 5+++ stars to the management team. I flew into Mammoth and didn’t have a car. Someone from the team came and met me at the condo to give me the keys which I was so beyond appreciative of. Their customer service is beyond excellent. The condo is located in the Village super close to gondola, restaurants and shops. We are above a bar but the noise was not too bad. With the TV on, you can barely hear anything. The place was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I had to leave a day early due to weather but will definitely come back again!

This is a great property. Well appointed. Clean. Phenomenal location. Great for skiing and off mountain activities. The check in process is super easy. Tix/rentals/demos right next store. Steps from the Canyon Lodge gondola. We will be back.

On top of a bar!

The unit itself is cute but they failed to mention its on top of the only bar that’s open until 11pm! We have a 9 and 6 year old and we all had a really hard time trying to sleep. Skiing the next day on little sleep is not ideal. We heard yelling, singing, and then people lingering afterwards. Maybe better for party people.

Great location in the village

Wonderful condo in the village, great views too. Everything was as stated in the description. Clean!! The only negative which the owner has no control over is the heater that is CONSTANTLY on in the hall, so stuffy!!! Once in the condo you forget about it.

Fabulous Location, Close to Everything

This property is perfectly located in the Village, right towards the end closest to the gondola. The unit was nicely equipped and even had a portable A/C unit in the living room which helped cool the room during the day. Communication with the property manager was seamless, and they were quick to respond. Would recommend this property!

Perfect location!

This property was the perfect place to stay for our family! It was clean and well stocked, and it even came with a storage locker where you can store your skis. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants easy access to Canyon Lodge, along with all the amenities the village has to offer!
