BRAND NEW LISTING! This beautifully sunlit 1bd + loft, 2 BA condo in the heart of Mammoth Lakes offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and luxury. With vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, the spacious floor plan allows for abundant natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Accommodating up to six guests, this condo is perfect for family retreats and small group getaways.

The thoughtfully designed layout enhances the feeling of spaciousness while the many throw pillows, candles, and decor create a sense of coziness. The master and loft host 3 queen beds in total and are connected by a convenient Jack & Jill bathroom with a washer/dryer. The downstairs features an inviting living room with large sectional sofa, a remodeled and well stocked kitchen, a dining area that seats eight, and a full bathroom,

With easy access to parking and free town shuttle (picks up directly across the street), transport to nearby ski lifts, hiking trails, golf and the Village is effortless. It's also just a short walk to shops, restaurants, grocery, the movie theater, bowling alley, and ice rink. St. Moritz Villas offers unmatched convenience and family-friendly amenities including a hot tub, sauna, game room, and seasonal swimming pool and BBQ area. With so much to do, you are sure to have an amazing time!

THINGS TO KNOW
Maximum occupancy is six.
Two onsite parking passes will be provided.
No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No pets are permitted for non-owner guests per HOA rules.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The “Bright, Beautiful Condo” was all of that, and we had a very nice visit. All was as represented, and the house was perfect for me (in “single dad” mode for this trip) and my teen/preteen daughters. I had the primary bedroom, and they each had their own bed in the adjacent upstairs sleeping loft area (very roomy and more like a bedroom than a loft or mezzanine).The kitchen was clean, efficient, and well-equipped, and the double-height living room space was very comfortable for lounging. We didn’t have too much luck accessing the full range of channels on the big flat screen tv, but that was probably more a matter of unfamiliar operators than any actual challenge with the system.Host Amy was very helpful and accessible, and sent her handyman instantly when we heard a smoke detector beeping upon our arrival. He was fast and friendly, and immediately solved the problem.Parking was easy and close, and the drive up to the main lodge at Mammoth very convenient. The condo is also just a few minutes from the local Vons supermarket.Overall, a great stay - thanks so much, Amy!
