Beautiful, updated and true ski in/out

This unit clearly has been remodeled recently with nice hard floors with rugs, updated kitchen counters & cabinets and drop dead gorgeous shower tiling in primary bathroom that elevates the modern bathroom further. Nicely appointed yet comfortable furniture. Kitchen doesn’t have a lot of pantry storage for guest but at least there’s plenty of counter space. Love the thoughtfulness of the ski equipment storage and a boot/gloves warmer right by the door. Of course the access to Bridges run is tops. Would highly recommend. for guests

Amazing kick off to the year!

Amazing ski in ski out location. Spent a memorable vacation as a family; awaking every morning to breath-taking sunrises, skiing all day, gathering around the dining table for home cooked meals prepared in the well stocked kitchen nightly.

Fantastic ski base

True ski out, very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and great balcony hot tub. The building manager Eric was incredibly helpful with a stock car issue. We’ll be back!

Wonderful Ski-in ski-out Place with stunning views

The place was great. Very well furnished rooms and kitchen. Wonderful location easy to ski out and back in. Comfortable beds, sofa and dining chairs. Great view!!! Strongly recommend. Must be nice in the summer too. Very well kept.

Unforgettable Views of the Sunrise!

Location of the property was great for our family and it was less crowded and quiet during our stay in comparison to other popular locations. We enjoyed waking up early to watch the sunrise from our bedroom and balcony. I would recommend picking up instant coffee/hot chocolate and pastries beforehand so you can enjoy in the early AM! If you plan to wash at the condo I would also recommend picking up detergent. Remember to not leave any food in your vehicle when you park in your designated parking spot. We observed the aftermath of a bear opening a SUV trunk and leaving a trail of food. Condo does not have AC as mentioned but it was not necessary during our stay, weather was approx. in the 50s in the morning and 70s during the day. I would only recommend a deep cleaning of the condo and maintenance for items such as the Keurig and jacuzzi. This condo is on the second floor but there are stairs/elevator. The heated community pool is located on the same floor as the condo which is convenient if you plan to use. Overall great location to stay in for accessibility and views.

Will be coming back multiple times in the future!

This was the second time we have stayed here, and it was even better than the first time, since a hot tub was added to the deck with such an amazing view! The two power chairs in the living room are always wonderfully relaxing, the views from the master bedroom and deck are to die for, and the kitchen was (again) very well appointed and stocked, a chef's delight. Absolutely the only thing that needs attention is that the chain that raises and lowers the big shade in the master bedroom needs to have its location adjusted so that the little piece that joins the bead chain into a complete circle does not have to go around the roller at the top when raising or lowering, because it won't go around the mechanism. We had to leave the blind about 2 feet off the floor when we left, although when we arrived, it did go all the way up and down, not sure what happened. Such a great place, I know we will be back!

Great ski-in, ski-out property when weather is good

This is our second stay at this condo. Nice for four adults. My wife, daughter and son-in-law were on the first trip. It was perfect! The second trip two weeks later was in an epic storm. My wife and I came from southern California and made it up 395 before the road closed. The kids came from the Bay area and had to turn around and go back home because 395 was closed from Lee Vining to Mammoth Lakes. The storm was the largest in 20 years. Even though we made it to the condo, the resort was closed and digging out for Monday thru Wednesday. The snow was so deep the usual easy ski-out to Bridges run was almost impassable and the ski-in was ungroomed. The rental company emailed us and offered to reschedule our trip because of the blizzard, but we were within one hour of the resort so we plowed on. If we had been notified the day before we would have rescheduled the trip. Will probably book this unit for next year, but will try to avoid the huge snowstorms. Our second week there was virtually wasted. We could only ski one day out of five days that we booked.

Amazing property and location -- true SKI IN / SKI OUT!!!!

This condo was wonderfully equipped in the kitchen and the rooms were very comfortable with king beds in each bedroom. The location is outstanding as the Bridges is truly ski in /ski out. Had a wonderful weekend!

Great condo, true ski in/out

Loved staying here, would definitely do so again. The location is amazing, it's truly ski in/out and the slope is located 20 feet from the condo. The place was clean and spacious, perfect for 2 couples. We love that there's 2 garage parking spots, but something to note is the max height of the garage is only 6'10" so we couldn't fit with our cargo box on top of our car. We had to take it off to drive into the garage. Other than that, great spot!

Beautiful views of entire valley

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay over New Year's weekend. The place was just as advertised, master bath top notch, super comfortable reclining chairs and sleeper by the fire, well stocked kitchen with plenty of Keurig coffee. Great ski in - ski out location above Lake Mary Road and Eagle Lodge. Will definitely make a return trip in the future.

Very nice 1 story 2br condo with walking shower.

The condo was pretty much as advertised. It was very quiet inside the condo because there were only 4 of 30+ condos occupied. when we were there. The only negative was the road noise when sitting on the balcony. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken. It was reported to the property manager when first discovered but did not receive a reply. We continued using the dishwasher using only the bottom rack so it was not a big problem.

Hiking Mammoth

Thank you to our hosts for sharing their beautiful and well stocked condo with us. The balcony has an amazing view of the entire valley and sunrise is spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, location and quiet. It is located close to Lake Mary trailheads and we had a wonderful time hiking each day and returning to cook/enjoy dinner together each evening! If we skied, this would be a perfect ski in/ski out condo in winter! We hope to return another summer!

A place with terrific views and superbly stocked kitchen!

We absolutely loved this place and are sure to return. The view from the balcony is spectacular, the kitchen was the most well-appointed in terms of cookware, sharp knives, and spices of any place that I have rented in the past 10 years, and the two electrically adjusted chairs in the LR were supremely comfortable. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable (didn't ask our daughter about the second bedroom bed, but she had no complaints), and he owners clearly take pride in this place, and left many helpful tips in the information notebook there. Having the whole unit on one floor was a real plus, and just what we needed for my wife, who uses a walker, and the elevator from the parking garage was also super. We'll be back!

Mammoth August 2022

This was a lovely condo with beautiful views. It is decorated nicely and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and it was nice to have coffee every morning in the keurig!
