"The family really enjoyed the stay here. 5 minutes to the U2 station, many good restaurants and beer garden in the area. Safe, quiet at night, great area to walk around even with young kids. Apartment was clean and and the patio was great. Would love to stay here again."

"We stayed as a group of 4 people for 4 nights in the Penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent.
If there was one critique it would only be that one bathroom has the hand held shower within a high bath which is not always suitable but the other bathroom was a flat walk in shower. Highly recommend, great for socialising with the upstairs rooftop area too. Fantastic stay"

"Numa had the wrong mobile number for me so its text with the check-in code was returned undelivered. However they didn't try our email or to contact us via Hotels.com even though we had paid in full in advance. So it took 1.5hrs to get into our room. However, their rep at the hotel was amazing - very calm, patient and considerate and could not have done more for us. Once we had access, our room was really lovely, clean, airy and well-furnished. "This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"
