  • ¡Una unidad grande, luminosa y bien ventilada que se encuentra a 200 metros del centro de la ciudad!

    Cerca de tiendas, cafeterías, pubs y supermercados, esta unidad de 2 dormitorios tiene 2 baños, una cocina totalmente equipada y una gran sala de estar / comedor con acceso a un pequeño balcón y una tranquila área de entretenimiento al aire libre. Hay espacio suficiente para estacionamiento para un automóvil. También se encuentra cerca del muelle principal de Mallacoota y de varias rutas de senderismo que navegan por nuestro hermoso Parque Nacional Croajingalong.

    La planta baja consta de un dormitorio, que tiene un conjunto de literas con una cama doble debajo, una cama individual en la parte superior y también otra cama individual. Hay un baño y un área de lavandería con lavadora, y un tendedero en el área exterior en la parte trasera de la propiedad.

    Arriba, la Unidad se abre a una gran sala de estar, con una cocina que tiene lavaplatos. Hay otro baño con ducha y bañera y luego el dormitorio principal, que tiene una cama de matrimonio grande y cómoda.

Pro's;- Unit was clean, spacious & Comfortable, a stones throw to town & waterfront.Cons:- No WiFi although the "Hot Spot" on your phone will make it work, BBQ in courtyard is rusty, filthy & unusable

Apartment is in great location close to everything. Undercover parking. Extremely well equiped for cooking. Really well priced for what you get. Would definitely stay there again.

Our five days in Mallacoota

We had an enjoyable five day stay in Mallacoota. Our apartment was clean and very well maintained. Plenty of dishes and electrical appliances as in washing machine, dishwasher. Large fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, and more. Gas stove. A very enjoyable stay. Close to the shore and the beach. Thank you.

Overall apartment was good. A bit pricey considering you had to bring your own bedding and towels etc. There were crumbs on the bench from the toaster, so not clean and don't know why there was food in the cupboard.

Usually a fantastic property

We’ve stayed at this property numerous times and have never had a problem, unfortunately this time the place was left untidy, the bottom shower had not been cleaned (bar of soap left in there with hairs on it and hair over the shower floor) and there was a dirty bottle of water with discarded cigarette butts in it left on the table on the veranda with one of the pillows from the couch out there also on the seat. On departure the cleaning lady was rude to us, making us feel uncomfortable as we were running a little late getting out on time (40 minutes). I hope this will be a once off as we come up often but unfortunately lost our family holiday home in the fires.

Excellent Location and Facilities

Stayed for seven nights in January. Location of property was excellent, being just a short walk into town, an a little further to the waterfront. Kitchen and laundry facilities were very helpful and the property was well maintained. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here.

this a nice unit with 2 bathroom and 2 bedroom. the kitchen is a bit small but OK. The only thing which can be criticised is that there is no view from the rooms. But overall, it is good.

Excellent place

The unit was very nice and clean, spacious and very close to the main shops. It had every thing we needed in the unit. parking was brilliant as we had taken the boat as well. Absolute excellent in every aspect of the entire stay. Would most definately stay there again.
