Monicas, Shotgun, Sarahs, Maleny Food Co, are only a few of our Cafes to choose from. The major wedding venues, Tiffanys, The Old Dairy, Maleny Manor and many more are just a short drive.

ACCOMODATION DESCRIPTION

"Maleny Bramasole" provides private and seperate apartment-styled ground level accomodation for TWO or up to eight guests with 24sq of non-shared living, with the choice of three beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The owners when in Maleny choose to use the 1st floor.

THE BEDROOMS
All have wonderful stunning garden outlooks, featuring Queen size beds, high ceilings, fans, oil heaters and fully tiled floors. The eastern bedroom offers beautiful garden views through glass sliding doors. The middle bedroom is spacious with a picture garden window. The third bedroom has direct access to a private delightful courtyard setting and is ideally suited for a family of three, with a Queen and a King Single. All linen is provided.

THE LOUNGE-DINING AREA
Offers spacious casual entertaining, Italian terracotta floor tiles, A Comfortable Modular Couch & Chaise. The dining table seats six guests plus. The room is equipped with satellite TV, 106cm plasma.The library is stocked full of all the best novels of world renowned authors, plus there's a great range of DVD's and Videos to enjoy for those rare inside rainy days.

Fully tiled walls and Floors offers a relaxing heated deep spa bath.

KITCHENETTE
The kitchen is fully equipped, with refrigerator, fan forced oven, hotplate-stove, microwave, crockery, cutlery and more
A welcoming Bottle Of Wine to help you unwind on your arrival, or A Latte from your own Coffee Machine.
All other teas and coffee is provided along with Maleny Milks. If guests would like extra supplies this can be arranged at an extra


THE GARDEN PAVILLION is ideal for the balmy or cool night outside alfresco dining. The Large BBQ is ideal for this space to cook in.
Overlooking the gardens it can cater for larger numbers.

THE GAZEBO
In season is covered in grape vines, and Gardenias to just sit and chill.

GARDENS
The gardens have been created for ever changing seasons, compelling one to discover the true delight they offer.. If you have a passion for flowers, flora, plants and trees you will not be disappointed by the variety on show.The species of plants are too many to mention, but the azaleas ,huge camellias, orchids, heliconias, hydrandeas etc. will bring delight to your stay.

The boutique orchard when in season,has a variety of fruits for you to savour on your stay, juicy oranges, mandarins, lemons, grapefruit.

The property is a quaint old home with beautifully laid out mature gardens. It is very quiet and the feeling of serenity covers you the moment you enter the driveway. We were the first customers for the new owner who had taken over only a week earlier. Lily was doing her very best to get everything in place for the perfect stay.

Beautiful gardens and decor inside. Well organised for entry to property. Only downside was poorly maintained barbeques and was a pity because it had a great dining area ready in the gardens but could not use it.

Our stay was very relaxing. The property is very spacious, and the gardens are lovely to stroll around. Close to everything Maleny has to offer. The host Gail is excellent. Great to have filtered tank water without the city chlorine taste. Had 2 long soaks in the big spa bath. Plenty of room for the whole family, and several beautiful outdoor dining areas to choose from. Very pet friendly was a bonus. Thank you!

We had an excellent 5 night stay. The location of the property is quiet and relaxing, yet only a few minutes from everything the Maleny area has to offer. Host Gail was so friendly yet never intruded. Extras like a bottle of wine and freshly squeezed orange juice. It was cool and rainy for the first 4 days,but we were in the clouds so the mist was beautiful. Cosy and comfy. A special place to really unwind, with great restaurants like The Terrace and Sukothai only a few minutes drive up the road. Our old cattledog Jack was warmly welcomed. The house had plenty of room for 3 adults, and a well stocked library and video choices. Hoping to return very soon. Thank you Gail!

We visited for a family wedding. The peacefulness with only the beautiful sound of the birdlife was wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Gail was warm friendly and thoughtful, adding all those extra touches like fresh milk and biscuits, chocolate and so on.

We had a fantastic stay at this dog-friendly home. The property was impeccably clean and beautifully located. Gail was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway with dogs, kids and the whole family.

Such a lovely spot only a few minutes outside Maleny, just past the Showgrounds. You enter down a bit of a hidden driveway, the property sits on 2 acres of gardens - we had the whole ground floor which included 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 seating areas inside, dining area, kitchen and laundry. Outside and in the gardens there are so many places to sit and just enjoy the ambience. King Ludwigs German restaurant is only a 5 minute drive, on the same road. - We did dinner and went back the next day for lunch and to enjoy the stunning view... The host Gail is just so chilled and so accommodating, she supplied everything we could need - even some wood and firestarters for the firepit.. The accommodation will sleep 8 people and is spacious enough that we did not get in each others way.. So, overall, Gail is a fabulous host, the accommodation is huge, the gardens are glorious and with so much space to roam.. made this a truly memorable home away from home for us

Host Gail was very friendly but not intrusive. The house was very spacious as was the yard and many gardens. It is very close to Maleny but quiet and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the long weekend we had there and would highly recommend the house.

We were 3 couples and we all embraced everything the property had to offer. The fire pit was a big hit on the Saturday night. The garden is quite large and it was lovely to have a wander. The beds were all super comfortable as were the pillows. Gail was just an amazing host, we all loved our stay at Bramasole.

What a beautiful place to relax and unwind. Huge garden with so many little spots set out with chairs and tables for any time of the day to soak in the sun and the different aspects of the garden. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Our host Gail was very welcoming and ensured our stay was everything we wanted for a relaxing getaway. We are definitely hoping to get back and enjoy the garden in a different season.

Dishes were dirty, bbq was broken, dishwasher’s door didn’t close properly and as a result that didn’t work. The place is run down and very shabby, it’s up for sale and obviously the owners have no interest in it anymore. However it was very expensive for a 4 night stay.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. Gail was so warm and welcoming. The house was absolutely perfect, so pretty and the beds were like clouds. It rained a lot and it was just such a pretty place to be when raining. Thank you Gail, we will always remember how much we loved our stay there.
