  • Disfrute de más de 300 días de sol al año con el golf, la pesca, el esquí y la degustación de vinos cerca. O si lo prefiere el senderismo o rafting, que están cerca. Ubicado a 10 minutos de Wenatchee.

    Lago escénico Cortez es la puerta de atrás, donde hay una gran variedad de aves, así como las tortugas y la rata almizclera.  El patio trasero es natural para proporcionar un hábitat de vida silvestre.
    Por la noche, sentarse en la terraza y ver las estrellas fugaces mientras que las ranas cantan sus canciones. Barbacoa de la cena y servir en el patio.
    El campo de golf está al otro lado de la calle y de la comunidad es tranquila. 
    En el invierno disfrutar de un día de esquí en las laderas con poca gente en la nieve en polvo en Mission Ridge (30 minutos). Luego disfrutar de un baño en el jacuzzi de dos persona o la chimenea en la sala de familia.
    Tome un viaje a Lake Chelan (50 minutos) y disfrutar del paisaje o el casino o visitar el pueblo bávaro de Leavenworth (35 minutos).
    La casa es un rambler moderna con 2+ habitaciones y 2 baños.  El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king-size, televisión, vestidor y 2 persona jacuzzi.  Hay encimeras de granito en toda la casa.    El rincón tiene una vista al lago o utilizar el comedor para grupos grandes.
    El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen size y TV.  Hay 2 escritorios completos con computadoras y acceso a Internet de alta velocidad.  El lavadero incluye una máquina elíptica bowflex y si quieres hacer ejercicio. También hay un sofá convertible cómodo que se convierte en una cama para dos o utilice el 4 de doble colchón de aire de tamaño 'con ropa de siempre.
    La televisión tiene conectividad a Internet para que pueda descargar sus películas favoritas o programas de Netflix o Amazon Prime.

We had a great time enjoying the beautiful lake! We enjoyed the house and use of the boat. We also brought along a paddle board and had fun paddling around the lake.

Terry is helpful and easy to contact, the best host our family has had the pleasure to work with over the years. The location is quiet and overlooks Lake Cortez, with space to park, and an easy check in. Our family will be back again!

The view from the deck is gorgeous! We took the boat out for a trip around the lake. So beautiful! The house was clean. Beds were clean. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Terry!

We enjoyed our stay over New Year's. Would definitely stay again. Views were great, close enough to Wenatechee for any necessities. We traveled to Leavenworth and snowshoed at Lake Wenatchee. It was a great base location for us to explore the area.

This was the perfect retreat for a family get-together. We loved being right on Malaga Lake and the access to a boat and even fishing equipment that Terry so generously provided. Be aware that apparently our host lives at the house often, so has a lot of personal possessions there. But if you want a lovely house to spread out in and enjoy relaxed time playing on or near the water, this home is a delight. It's close to fun restaurants and bars in Wenatchee, which made it a fabulous place to spend a long weekend with our adult sons and just enjoy time together.

This property was perfect for our family trip to the Wenatchee area. Plenty of space for everyone. Lots of bedding and kitchen had some food and pantry items supplied by host. The pretty small lake out back was very nice. Nice shady backyard with cottonwood trees. You can arrange to use the boat and fishing stuff when booking. We were out and about most of the time because our visit was fairly short and we had a long list of activities planned, but we were very comfortable at the house. The host was very helpful to adjusting our visit dates and easy to communicate with. Malaga is pretty close to Wenatchee so it was not a problem to drive to things, get groceries, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Pretty lake quiet but close to Wenatchee

Very nice house with a beautiful and very quiet lake. Also turns out that the best food in Wenatchee is all at the east end of the city, nearest this location.

Relaxing View!

Comfortable king bed. Loved sitting on the deck looking at the lake. My husband liked how quiet it was and we all enjoyed the pool. He also found Terry helpful and easy going.

Beautiful Lake House

My aunt and I visited to see her daughter, my cousin, for a few nights. She lives in Wenatchee and drive was quick and easy. There was beautiful sunrise and sunsets over the lake. It was also in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a good stay overall, but there were a few things that didn’t meet our expectations. Our main disappointment was the hot tub. We thought it would be an outdoor hot tub, but it turned out to be a regular indoor tub in the master bathroom. The listing description felt a bit misleading, especially since there were no photos of it. In hindsight, I should have confirmed this with the host beforehand.The BBQ was also an issue. It was dirty, covered in spider webs, and didn’t turn on, so we weren’t able to use it.Aside from that, the house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, and communication was smooth. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant too. With clearer listing details and a bit more upkeep, this could have been an even better experience.

Very comfortable place to come back to every day and make a meal and eat out on the deck looking at the lake. Close to Wenatchee but nice and quiet neighborhood. Great job Terry!

Great summer spot!

This is our second year coming to this home, and we know what to expect. We love the space it has and the amount of rooms to accommodate our family and dog. Our favorite part is the access of the pool. Great surrounding community as well. The only thing I would suggest is a new mattress in the main bedroom. It is very hard and uncomfortable. Maybe add some foam? Other then that it works for us.

Lovely home, magnificent view, good location, would stay again. If I was to make recommendations it would be, more seating in living room and as so much time spent on patio enjoying the baby ducks would have enjoyed more comfortable seating.

Not ideal for us

I have nothing negative to say about the host or the home. Our issue was the general set up. We have high standards when it comes to hospitality. I expect a home to be friendly but somewhat sterile. Meaning it should feel like a home but also a vacation in a hotel clean environment. My problem is that this IS someone's home away from home and you know it. By the cameras, the excessive amount of food, the personal effects throughout and the head scratching things that make you go "humm" (if I could attach the 2 photos, I would. 1 is a button down shirt covered in (?) hair dye and the petrified ginger in a bowl in the fridge). Also, the fact that I had to empty a packed dishwasher, fold, dry and fold more laundry...just didn't go over well for me. I wouldn't stay here again but again that's likely due to my very high standards.

What a great place to stay! My husband and I appreciate how the house was very clean, comfortable, and well supplied. We loved the view! The owner provided detailed information and was very helpful. We would love to come back!

Love this property!

We came back for a second stay at this location, even planning our trip around the dates available cause we didn't want to stay anywhere else. Hoping we can come back again and utilize the golf course. Just a beautiful location. Bonus: We could bring our two dogs with us!

Friendly and home-y

It was easy to make ourselves at home--built a fire and found what we needed in the kitchen (the owner even allows you to use any food in the cupboards/fridge, with the ask that you leave money or replace the items). I hear the lake is not swimmable in the summer, but it'd be beautiful! There is a slope down to the lake and we did some sledding!
