Wake up and walk out onto the beach and down to the sea from this wonderful holiday home decorated in an eclectic beach style with vintage furnishings, with top quality amenities, comfortable furniture, and two terraces offering impressive views of the beach and mountains.

This unique property is located in the old fishing district of Malaga, at Pedregalejo beach. The picturesque neighborhood, hidden from the hustle and bustle of the historic center, is one of the most exclusive and sought-after areas of the city with its picturesque promenade full of traditional fish restaurants and trendy cafés.

This beautiful home consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms on three different floors, ideal for a family vacation or a city getaway with friends. It is located on a quaint street, steps from the beach and its six U-shaped coves.

The mix of traditional Andalusian architecture, colorful and modern eclectic furniture gives this property a unique atmosphere.

On the first floor, you will find a bright living and dining room area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a small bath.

A beautiful staircase leads to the second floor where you will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with bunk beds.

The third floor features the third bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a utility closet with washer and dryer. All bedrooms offer plenty of closet space.

There are two terraces to relax and enjoy the outdoors and dinners al fresco.

There is free WiFi, air-conditioning and heating throughout the property. There is private parking garage available in a building nearby for 15€ per day.

We had an incredible stay at this home. The pictures are certainly accurate and the views are impeccable. The home is huge and has plenty of amenities as well as space for a group. We especially liked the waterfront location as well as the third floor terraces. Getting to the city center was quick and easy via a short Uber ride. The neighborhood was lively but not disruptive at all. We would return without question!

Lovely house, two luxurious bedrooms and a nice bunk room. Location was ideal. We opted to use the underground parking which was good. Bus to Malaga, supermarket and restaurants on your doorstep. I was surprised there was no oven but managed with a hob. Thank you

We made some fabulous family memories at the house! Watching the water and the people on the promenade from the extremely nice balcony made for a very relaxing stay. The house is perfectly set up for a small group looking to enjoy the wonders of Malaga.

The property is in a great location, but as far as friendliness and accommodation of the property management company it could us a lot of work. The check in process was a nightmare which involved contacting the manager before our arrival only to be told to try again one hour before we arrive. I did exactly that and was told “due to the short notice check in would be delayed”. They would not meet at the house, but at a parking garage near by, which may be understandable since it may be difficult for some to find. After a couple days the house started to smell…like really bad. It was clear the property management knew about the issue with all the air fresheners. I believe it’s likely a drainage issue as it smells like sewage. There are cockroaches in the kitchen. One scared me half to death on the way out. There is no stove despite one being listed, when I brought this to the attention of the property management I was told to just eat out. The dryer doesn’t work. The parking space is advertised at a different price online and when you get there you will be charged cash so there is no way to prove it. On the good side, the location is amazing and the views are great. We felt safe in the neighborhood and had some amazing sunset and sunrise viewing from the top story. In all, if the property management was improved and the place kept up on a little more it would have been amazing.

This is by far the best vrbo we have stayed in. The process was great, the location was perfect, it is well decorated, has a/c and washer dryer. And you cannot beat the views. One of the best beaches is right outside the door.

The apartment is as shown in the description. Pedregalejo is a fun area to stay in. Different from the sophistication of Malaga, friendly and low key. Didn’t want to leave. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Our children were excited to be able to watch Disney+ and Netflix on the smart TV in the living room. We were pleasantly surprised to discover there were beach towels available for use at the house. Past reviews indicated that there would be no beach towels. We used the towels, beach bags, and chairs and umbrella provided, and that was very nice! The location is great. Just in front of the beach and close to many restaurants and a supermarket. We love the atmosphere of Pedregalejo. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was an oven. The description says there is an oven, but we could not find it in the kitchen. Overall, we really loved the house and would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful house, photos are very accurate. Location is great, very lively area, beach right in front, many restaurants around - good service, tasty food. House is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and some toys, basically we had everything we needed there. Parking and stores were quite near. Gorgeous Malaga center and attractions are 10 min away by car and around 45 min walking by the sea. Hosts were very responsive and, although we encountered some issues in the house, they were resolved pretty quickly. Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely come back.

Overall impression was somewhat ruined by problems with the two doors. However, the back door was repaired so that two in the household could open it with little difficulty. The door to the beach, which was the one we needed the most, didn't work, so we had to leave a window open so we could reach the door handle inside through the window. For the same reason, one of us had to constantly monitor the front door from the beach, as it was obvious to everyone else how we opened the door, and that everyone else could actually enter that way too. We are still awaiting the promised reduction in price...

Wir kannten Pedregalejo und damit die Lage des Objekts aus früheren Urlauben und haben die Lage direkt am Strand und der Strandpromenade bewusst gewählt. Es muss einem klar sein, dass dies nicht der ruhigste Ort ist, aber genau so war es von uns gewollt, direkter Zugang zum Strand und nur wenige Meter zu vielen verschiedenen Restaurants, 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt Malagas - für uns optimal und wir planen eine Wiederholung.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen ruhigen Lage direkt am Strand. Die Dachterrasse ist mega und für uns das highlight des Hauses. Mit dem Bus ist man in ca. 30 Minuten in der City für günstige 1,40 €. Die Bushaltestellen sind fußläufig sehr schnell und gut erreichbar. Entfernung zur City ca. 4-5 km, die man auch gut an der Promenade entlang laufen oder mit dem Fahrrad oder Roller fahren kann. Sehr nette, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Gute Tipps zur Stadt Málaga bei der Übergabe der Wohnung bei Anreise. Objekt genau wie beschrieben. Würde jederzeit wieder bei solaga buchen.
