Felix Saenz - Holiday Penthouse Malaga City

  • Este lujoso ático completamente nuevo se encuentra en la 5ª planta del famoso edificio de Málaga Málaga Felix Saenz, que fue considerado la ubicación más privilegiada de la ciudad a principios del siglo XX. Fue completamente renovado en 2011.



    El alojamiento está en la planta superior del edificio y ofrece un amplio salón con televisor de pantalla plana, sofá, mesa de comedor y acceso a un estrecho balcón con vistas a los tejados. El salón tiene acceso a una cocina totalmente equipada; en la encantadora terraza, encontrará una mesa de comedor y vistas espectaculares de la ciudad. El dormitorio tiene una cama extragrande, un baño con ducha, un armario y también tiene acceso al balcón. Este apartamento es de calidad excepcional y es perfecto para una escapada romántica en la ciudad.



    El alojamiento dispone de aire acondicionado, internet de alta velocidad, televisión por internet. Para su comodidad, podemos organizar un aparcamiento privado en una ubicación cercana por 15 € al día, sujeto a disponibilidad. Tenga en cuenta que se requiere reserva anticipada para asegurar una plaza de aparcamiento.

Fabulous property, located in the heartbeat of Malaga. We loved our stay, the terrace was enchanting in the evening. Great communication with our host! Highly recommend to anyone looking to experience this beautiful, vibrant city!!!

Nice property, great location. Property was not ready for check in when we arrived at 5pm. We had to leave for an hour due as it was being cleaned. Our only complaint is that the water heater does NOT support showers for multiple people because It is very small.

Perfectly situated condo, walking distance to everything especially the Mercado Ataranzanas, was clean, well equipped, bed was amazingly comfortable, staff was friendly, communicative and helpful. Wifi was stable and the balconies North-East geographical orientation was ideal for my StarLink satellite. I was not aware cars can not drive up to the entrance so we had to roll our luggage for about a block. Was not a big deal but if we had more luggage it would’ve been a challenge. I would stay here again, highly recommend!

A Great Place to Stay in Malaga

The location of this property is unbeatable, with the central market located just around the corner and every attraction within easy walking distance. The property description was spot on, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay in this apartment. Nothing...this was one of the highlight rentals of our multi-month trip.

Lovely Apartment, perfect for a couple

This is a spacious apartment in a good central location. It's perfect for a couple, has a comfortable bed(very important!), lovely terrace, good kitchen, a smiling, friendly doorman and is quiet at night. We have stayed here several times, found the Solaga team efficient and responsive, Carlos met us and as always, was welcoming and professional.
