"I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was beautiful! Clean and well maintained. The staff were extraordinarily helpful and kind. The breakfast was a wonderful start each day - they did assist me in having a vegan option too. The pool looked lovely, but I didn’t use it. The rooms were comfortable. "Lots of restaurants, bars and other things (massage, laundry, etc) close by. About 10 mins wall to Maya mall. Breakfast very good with an excellent range of food. Pools were great! Perhaps a little noisy at night on occasions due to proximity to restaurants, bars etc but even as someone who doesn't like noise, it was fine. Well maintained property, great location. "The property is firstly very centrally located with almost everything in walking distance (main old city attractions, food, 7-eleven, cafes, etc) The property itself is well maintained, rooms are spacious with good amount of amenities in it and staff is very helpful and polite. They will try to go above and beyond if you request anything. The buffet breakfast served is good with wide selection."

"The staff member at the resort spoke the best English we found at any hotel in Chiang Mai. After checkout we were able to leave our bags there for several hours as we went around the city, going to different tourist destinations."

"The location was ideal in the old city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good m. The hotel supplied water and water guns to help people celebrate Songkran, the Thai new year. Pool was well maintained. They offered free masks to wear because of the smoky air. Great hotel."
