"This motel continues to be our favourite in Gisborne. We love the friendly, welcoming hosts, the beautiful location next to the river and harbour, the proximity to the best cafes and restaurants in Gisborne, the close proximity to the cities main shopping and the great walks along the river and to the sea and beyond. Our 1 bedroom room was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for our four night stay. We highly recommend this motel to fellow travellers and look forward to staying...

"From arrival to departure we were very impressed with our treatment and the accommodation pod we had booked. There are only cafe facilities at the weekend therefore the need to travel for food and drink was unavoidable but it is only a short drive into Gisborne. The beaches close by are a surfers paradise so would certainly suit the adventurous person, though not myself. An all round excellent stay. "
