This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms home is located in a lovely and quiet community. Close to shops, restaurants, just minutes away from Winter Park. Great for Disney vacations, corporate housing, holidays, UCF, Full Sail University, Rolling College (graduations or events) or just to relax in sunny Florida.
While in Florida this is your lovely home to wind down after a long day. The formal living and dining room greets you as you walk into the front door, which is great for formal entertaining. Family room and kitchen combo is just perfect for the chef of the home. While cooking you are still able to be a part of the action. Breakfast bar is perfect for those quick meals. Master bedroom with King Size bed set, En-suite Bathroom, walk-in closet & sliding glass door that opens into the porch area. Large back porch that overlooks the private back yard giving you a comfortable feel. 2 car garage with remote control door opener. All this and the home is centrally located, you are only within minutes to I-4, 414, 429, 408 & the Turnpike (main highways) that will take you straight into Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, RDV Sports Center, and just about anything you can think of. Wonderful host. Property just as described. Fantastic location. Easiest check out ever! Already planning a return trip. Highly recommend this house for anyone interested in staying near Winter Park/Orlando area.

We spent a great week here in May.Although it was very hot ( close to 100 degrees), the house stayed nice and cool. The kitchen is well equipped with nice new pans, and plenty of dishes and flatware.Although there were only two of us, there would be plenty of space for six.The screened porch had comfortable furniture for enjoying the outdoors, when it’s not too hot!The house is in a nice neighborhood which is very quiet.We will stay again!

This property was well suited for us to visit for a graduation ceremony. We loved having the large table & chairs. The beds were very comfortalble. Plenty of linens & soft sheets. It was very clean and centrally located near many different things in Winter Park, Oviedo, Maitland, & Orlando. The owners were accommodating ensuring there were plenty of supplies and well stocked. We enjoyed that we were able to bring our dog with us and he loved taking long walks in the neighborhood. Thank you!

Nice and clean. Fenced yard for your dog. Close to Winter Park and Wekiva. Kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of good restaurants in the area if you are looking to order out. Would do this again. Thank you!

Wonderful location! Worked great as a home base while we watched our Rollins athlete compete. Easy drive to campus with Publix and restaurants also close. Liz was great with communication, too. Would stay here again.

Our family of six adults needed lodging for three nights. We were in the Orlando area to celebrate the holidays with another family member. The home was spotless and well equipped. The yard was securely fenced for our dog. The location was perfect. Restaurants were nearby. While we had no plans to visit the Parks, we noted that they were not far, if we had decided to do so. I highly recommend this location.

Our family stayed here for our son’s UCF graduation and it was a perfect place for us. Being able to bring our dog was wonderful, and she enjoyed the fenced back yard. The neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and there was enough room for everyone. We would stay here again.

Property was perfect for our needs. Relaxing girls weekend. Bonus that all the light switches were labeled. Nice neighborhood with Walmart and publix seemed less than a mile away. The host was great with communication right from booking and during our stay. We would definitely book again.

This house would be very comfortable for six people. The three bedrooms are a good size. There are two separate sitting areas, not counting the screened porch, which we really enjoyed in the cool December weather. The kitchen was pretty well equipped; but if you plan on doing much cooking, you may want to bring a couple of nonstick fry pans. The house is nicely furnished, VERY clean ( even the garage floor!), and in a well kept up quiet neighborhood. The appliances are much and work well, too. We had everything we needed.

We stayed at Liz's property to attend a wedding, visit family in the area, and to take our 2 year old to Disney. Liz was wonderful - she texted arrival instructions and provided her number for any issues, so she was proactive in everything and it showed. The house was amazing, so open and inviting, the house was clean and the layout worked really well for our family. The early bedtimers were able to sleep well even while parents watched TV in the living room because of the layout. The kitchen had basics for that first morning (coffee!) and our trip really was made better because the house was a relaxing place for us to come home to. The porch and backyard were perfect. The house is really well stocked and was great. Thank you, Liz, for an awesome retreat. We will be back!

The house is laid out great. The family room is away from the bedrooms, so the babies couldn’t hear us when they went down for naps or the night. The master is well insulated! We did not hear the kids in the morning.

What a great home!! Super cute home and a great layout, it’s even cuter in person! Very nice, clean, quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. Host was very communicable and made sure we had everything we needed. Home came very well equipped and even had little extras like snacks and coffee which was very handy. And the fenced in yard was a big plus with our dog. Will definitely reserve this home again. Thanks Liz!

Loved our stay in this home. It's perfectly nestled in the heart of Maitland - a beautiful community - near Publix, Walmart, and tons of great restaurants. Easy access to highways and not far from the theme parks. The house itself is equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay and it has plenty of space for seating and entertaining. Liz was an incredible host and responded immediately to any questions we had. She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and we would love to rent this home again next time we are in town!

The house was just as represented in listing. Clean and inviting. Comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Great neighborhood with easy access to Winter Park. The fenced yard was great for dogs. Love the layout of the home and responsiveness of hostess! (We needed a few things & they were delivered pronto!!!) Card table & folding chairs came in handy too. Screened in porch & fenced in back yard very convenient. We did not have younger children with us but if we had there are books, equipment & games for them.
